Love hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is user-friendly. Our support ticket workflow is very visual using hubspot and this is very helpful for me to identify tickets that are high priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I wish there was a way to see when a client has responded back to a support ticket. Right now I need to click in to see whether they have responded back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me quickly respond to my customers and fix their support issues.

Easy to use and a great tool for any business

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's service hub is really user-friendly and easy to use - I can create articles quickly and it's really easy to publish. It's great for someone who hasn't had much experience using software to write and publish articles. I really like that it auto-saves and is easy to leave articles in draft for proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting can take a bit of getting used to - especially the paragraph spacing. I'm used to formatting in Microsoft Word and occasionally copying snippets from documents makes the spacing a bit strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub allows us to create a Knowledge Base to help our clients understand all aspects of our business - reducing service time for employees and answering questions more efficiently.

The tickets are great

What do you like best about the product?
It can filter all emails into categories, such as new and waiting on us. It is great to keep on top of customer enquiries and the automation is great!HubSpot is great for client services using tickets. It allows us to see new, waiting on contact and waiting on us tickets. The automation is fantastic as it moves the tickets when there is a response to the relevant section.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation platform can sometimes be frustrating as if you close a ticket too soon after sending an email it bounces back to waiting on us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the company to track all the customer enquiries and ensures we have speedy customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI and how simple to navigate it is. I appreciate the lists feature and customizable fields on records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ability to integrate our relevant usage data into individual records, we can get the bare minimum but it would be nice to get some more integration there with mix panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont know where we'd store all of our contact records - we're tracking all outreach in bound and outbound, and leaving notes for others on the team, it helps us all stay informed on what we're talking to people about

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that customer contact information is automatically aggregated as new contact forms come in!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the management team is in charge of this, and I don't know how it is done, we seem to be having trouble getting incoming tickets to route to the correct agents. This is something we're still working on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Associating an incoming contact form with a specific customer and then with their deal/booking is incredible! It does a lot of things automatically which save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick responses either through live chat or email. I can send the issue I'm facing and will either get the explanation or get a link with the proper information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside (at least for my coworkers) is the lacking of Dutch support. Causing it to be all shoved to one person (me). If we would have no one speaking English it could have resulted in an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gathering of customer data in a compact matter, where it is really easy to create workflows and automate for marketing and other purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot stack of tools makes managing contacts and their experience with us a breeze! From service tickets to automated chatbots, our UX has improved tremendously
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I wish existed when I run into some issues but nothing that isn't overcome without help from HubSpot support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to chat with users in real time on our website while also creating automated chatflows that work for us while we're offline

What do you like best about the product?
Transparency among team member activites. Easy to manage key accounts and maintain a good relationship with customers. Very useful for lead collection aswell
What do you dislike about the product?
The IOS app is not that great, but still good to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good to solve customer problems via support tickets. Good to pick up from where another team member left. Good for autommation processes (emails, replies, etc)
