Powerful and good, but limited customizability options
What do you like best about the product?
It's the industry standard, so consumers trust it when they see it. It's very powerful in terms of outlining and inserting all the content, but when it comes to design/branding - it's not really that good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The responsive "cover photo" (image in the header) is very hard to maintain since designers can't choose a single point of focus - it's always changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire knowledge base is in Hubspot Service Hub, and it's ranked well in Google as well (great SEO for us too)
Convenient Solution for Small Businesses To Manage Routine Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot are its vibrant color schemes and clean interface. It offers a basic plan which is free so you can test its services as well as use them for the initial stage of your business. Actually, the free version Is better than many paid competitors. It allows you to manage your daily business, to do tasks, appointments, schedules, etc. I found it very handy in lead Generation and most importantly it helps me to understand the Customer Journey. I would definitely recommend it as it is cost-effective for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a beginner then it takes time to get familiar with the system I think this should be more user-friendly at the beginning stage and should have fewer options available at the start. I get frustrated due to system errors and slow page speed, otherwise, it is perfect when you explore all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in lead generation and helps me understand customer journeys as well as helps me optimize my website for search results. It helps me to track all scheduled appointments. It is very convenient for small business owners, I find it very handy in managing my tasks.

One stop solution for CRM . Less coding required with multiple plugin integration. Easily manageable.

As of now no cons in this product it is as per requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the best CRM , Which provides the unique functionalities as in Automatic reportings ,Dashboard creations as per the Business requirements. Hubspot Academy is one of the best Knowledgeable bse which helps the hubspot users to learn everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the Task window we cannot attach any attachments. I would request hubspot product team to include attachments in the hubspot task window.

Dashboards and Automatic reportinga nd automatic staus changes in Tickets are helping the users a lot in order to get best outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot can help you provide your clients with the best possible service. There are many elements that will simplify the business process. You can communicate with the customer through real-time chat and emails. Additionally, it offers the most striking reports that are not unpleasant to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike but a simple suggestion. I wish there was a way to know if someone else is already working on a specific ticket such as a little identifier. This will ensure that no one will work on the same ticket at the same time as this could be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot features a user-friendly interface. It's easy to see all the emails from the guests and it's easy to reply to. You can create templates as well for your common concerns for easy transactions.

Most user friendly CRM ever used. Customization makes the user experience smooth and trouble free.

Haven't had any trouble using it so far.

The best thing I like about Hubspot Service Hub is the neat interface, which is very easy for beginners to learn how to use/how to locate something they needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if there is a live chat tool integrating to phone Apps, so far the live chat tool can only be integrated to web.

The interface and tools are helpful for us to view and manage customers' profiles, behaviour, purchase & conversation history, etc, which greatly enhanced work efficiency.
