What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Service Hub is useful for creating tickets and sharing them with other teams, which helps us track customer issues more effectively.
Your teams will keep track of you properly while they're at work if you store information about chatbots in the conversation history.
Regardless of whether you communicated with a customer via the phone, email, text message, chat, or web page consultation, you can record the details of each conversation in a single history.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub's customization options are simple enough.
Some services offered by the free version are still poor.
Personalization of the sales process is difficult and rigid, but it can be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub is competitive and advantageous as it allows:
The automation of routine tasks for your team, such as sending emails or reminders.
To clarify user questions before they contact your business directly, you can create FAQ sections on your website.
To help your customers solve questions and problems, you can stream individualized videos, lessons, instructions, and guides.
Customers can complete surveys and questionnaires to rate the level of service your company provides.

Great and easy intergrated ticketing software

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to track, create and account for tickets on the website. Networking and talking to external contacts, along with task management. Driving efficency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues fetching emails between clients and yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us to resolve and delegate between customer service issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub brings the versatility of a extensive solution for a low entry point on the technical level. You can use the Service on different levels regarding the chatbot, ticketing system or knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were missing the seamless approach of having a unique touchpoint solution for our customers so we needed to work extra hours to align every piece of content and design it in the right way regarding properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping responding to our customers so we increase our customer satisfation on our ecommerce platform. We improve productivity level by changing our workflow thanks to the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We automatically create tickets from chats, which makes dropping the ball on tickets harder to do. The knowledge base is flexible, and the layout templates allowed us to get on-brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be many layers to get through, and the lack of tags makes it hard to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to manage tickets. Tickets come in through our website and our support team is automatically notified, the tickets are assigned a team member and populated on a nice workflow so no request falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
All stats and graphs are on a single screen. You don't need to open different accounts to find statistics and charts about your product or service. Also, you can track each user by their activity on your website or product. Based on their activity, you can make valuable decisions to make any changes in the product or service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a severe problem but sometimes HubSpot merges the data fields when we import any data file. I think there should be some warning popup or something to warn users regarding integrating columns or data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to bifurcate our users into different categories to serve them better service.
Through HubSpot, we could perfectly implement lifecycle stages to users and give them services according to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Servicehub is the same familiar hubspot interface, so the learning curve is basically non-existant. It's super easy to crank out great articles for a knowledgebase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system is a little low frills, but it's nice that it's so integrated into the CRM as a key module. That makes it easy to see a client has open issues, or is having more problems that most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients need a basic way to submit service tickets and it's nice for our biz dev folks to be able to keep track of their clients and any trouble they're having. So servicehub helps us all stay looped in on how our clients are doing without much additional effort.
