What do you like best about the product?
I like the message board feel, other users usually have had similar questions and provide helpful answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much information it can be hard to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is making it easy to capture data on emails, SMS, ads and social all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to automate a large portion our business and their customer support team is readily available if ever needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there have been feature requests are not fulfilled and there have been bugs in some of the available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to keep our business organized and our customers happy!

Robust and Easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has a variety of tools on the service side. Organizing and generating reports are easy and I especially liked the Conversations view makes replying to clients easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing HubSpot can improve on is adding elements to the properties. I tackle the occasional unique tickets and I'd like to easily add elements to properties as the ticket is received for more accurate reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub is solving the disconnect between service and sales. Before our move to HubSpot, our company's sales and service process aren't optimal. Moving to HubSpot created an ecosystem that helped our processes improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tight integration with the CRM. Automation is also very easy in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supporting multiple brands and products is not as easy as I would like. For example, I would like to have a knowledge base for each product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an enterprise system to support our customer support and customer success teams

I like the features and complexities that come with Hubspot as well as it provides examples of what I might want to see

It's not the most intuitive to use. A lot of searching and digging is required to find what I'm looking for

Solving how we can better support our customer base in the most efficient way possible and hearing their feedback to better serve our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Training modules are well-organized with videos and walkthrough examples, and I like the certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see links to associated KB articles on the video page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one CRM plus service desk tools gives me a single dashboard for sales, onboarding, adoption, and renewals, plus support cases.

Great centralized location for information and automation

What do you like best about the product?
All the info from marketing automation, communication and deal closing is found within Hubspot so when we are servicing with a customer we can see historical communication as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ticket duplication is an issue or even if they open an old ticket by replying it creates an incorrect time the ticket is open. That creates dirty data for the reporting purposes of our service team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way for our agents to know who's doing or has done what with each customer and what still needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
The consolidation of all of our service tools into one system is extremely helpful. Plus, the integration with Jira allows us to communicate across departments to make sure we're tying product work with customer service tickets. The Knowledge Base has been exceptional as well. It saved us from having to build a new KB from scratch or continue to use a wiki. So far, the KB, integrations, workflows, and consolidation of information has been everything we need and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've really had so far was with setting up the SSO for our users to access the Hubspot KB. We use a very large and popular authentication process, but we had to go through too many workarounds to get the SSO to work. I understand focusing on popular products like Okta, but it was far too difficult to get the SSO completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives us a centralized, organized place to keep up with support tickets, enhancement requests, customer onboarding, and a branded Help Center all of which benefit our customers as much as our company.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are familiar with the CMS portion of the platform, the kb creation should be a breeze. You can reference the client portal from kb and, depending on your use-case, reduce the time you spend answering the same questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for CMS module, especially when customizations are required, is greater than preferable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving communication and time spent answering similar client questions. Frees staff time for other tasks, and provides a platform to establish as leading authority
