Hubpspot is an userfriendly, interactive and fast CRM tool for sales and marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me manage my sales processes and fasten communications with clients with the templates, snippets, sequences, and other tools that enable me and my team to reach a wider scope of our prospects and customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are no initial guides or tour on all the modules when I started using HubSpot I had to figure it out on my own
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when I had some doubts about some integrations like zoom I googled my question and the answer appeared directly from HubSpot help and solved my question
Intuitive and efficient tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and intuitive. There are a lot of options of automated reports to help the process of getting insights from the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some calculated fields cannot be exported in .csv yet (for example, the time a deal has spent in a particular stage of a sales funnel).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to understand the main pain points that affects our conversion rate.
Intuitive, User-Friendly, and Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
We use the Knowledge Base tool for our website Help Center, and it provides just the right amount of flexibility with linking options, helpful screencaps and article organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Knowledge Base tool, in particular, can feel limiting at times but it's best to keep in mind that those limitations are in place for a reason. You could easily circumnavigate them by using another section of the platform, such as the Marketing Hub, if you're looking for other ways to illustrate your Knowledge Base articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great resource, especially with our recent rebrand and platform merger requiring a single Help Center - the ability to illustrate helpful content but organize it appropriately, by platform, has been invaluable.
A seamless way to manage support, self-self inside one of the best CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
Always been a fan of HubSpot CRM for its interface, ease of use, and it's accessibility for smaller and growing companies. That continues with Service Hub. It's lightweight, intuitive, and part of a bigger suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might not be ideal for very large, enterprise companies with a complicated support and service structure. Another feature (which I hope is a on road map) is the ability to further customer your knowledge base and customer portal pages/design, along with supporting multiple knowledge bases (ex. internal facing, external facing, or an entirely different KB for other products/services). Otherwise great tool!!!

It helps you avoid adding yet ANOTHER platform. It's also very simple to set up and configure, compared to other options.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of the tool and the wide range of customizations available. It really makes staying organized a breeze - an essential in the work I do each day. I'm able to stay organized, on task, and in turn, keep my customers happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of pain points. Any pain points that I did have were solved with a change in the use of my customization options. Great tool that I would be happy to recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I interact with a high volume of customers on a day-to-day basis so, it can be very difficult to keep up with inquiries, responses, and other communication required for my job. The HubSpot service hub makes keeping track of everything very easy.
Hubspot has helped us organize our small company and given us time back!
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly updating and have made a lot of the features more user-friendly. Some notable improvements are in workflows and CTAs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that with all of the updates, there have been more bugs and features having downtime than in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us organize our customers, and track deals. We now have a self-serve knowledge base for customers with built-in user analytics.
Loving the ease of use of the Knowledge Base feature
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make new articles and share edits with the team. An "In Review" state would be amazing so that a writer could create the articles and there be a final say from their mananger before publishing for example. The Draft state is being used this way by our team now but a more dedicated spot would be helpful.
Loved the ability to change the URL, add logo, create categories. We'll be looking into multi-language soon so I'm excited to see how that works!

What do you dislike about the product?
Image formatting isn't the easiest. It would be great if there was an option for auto-center pictures and the UI to have borders for clear delineation so that moving an image isn't complicated since it has a very sensitive box placement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently moved to using HubSpot so we're using the Knowlege Base which is a new feature we're offering to our customers. We'll be looking into using Live Chat and Help Desk shortly with the team.

Easy and quick CRM to use to become efficient with your workflow and managing clientele.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with multiple clients at once using the sequence tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like thought of using the dashboard, but there needs to be further customization with how many tables, charts, etc you can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, HubSpot has made me much more efficient in dealing with my day to day work activities.
Very easy to use - variety of uses

Multitude of department abilities - Marketing and Sales run their entire workflow on Hubspot alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes server tends to bug out and crash, rare but sometimes happens and doesn't same whatever was being done at the time.
