Great tool for building and tracking email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you you to build and automate great email flows and to track customer engagement in detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items are not intutive it takes some time to learn but once you get there, it's good. You can also reach Hubpost customer service easily to answer any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me to know what is resonating with our customers. You can even see which links within the email were visited the most.
The chatbot is also a great tool to automate customer service.

Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the thousands of tools available for better management.It is an excellent tool to better organize the daily work and that those responsible for each team can keep up to date with the information
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to update, but otherwise everything goes great.pipeline update times could be improved, this would speed up the workflow and allow to reach more cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to communicate efficiently with the work team so that the tasks can be completed and also an ideal communication with the clients. It allows me to better organize my work and reach a greater flow of customers per day.
Efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub is most helpful with service ticket creation, communication, tracking, and completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Service Hub is if you want to create line items for deals, you cannot. That's in another version of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub is helping me solve unauthorized use of our SaaS. We have kept track of this in the past but had no way to actually address it before Service Hub.
HubSpot has streamlined so many things for us!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is definitely the JIRA integration. we are able to have all of our staff input tickets whenever something comes up, then our tech team is able to create and link JIRA tickets. As they move them through JIRA, we have workflows set up in HbuSpot to automatically notify our customers of the status of their tickets! It is so extremely useful to get real, immediate feedback regarding bugs/developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints- we use the service hub for many things. It is so versatile we are able to use it in other areas of our company as well as our service area!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automated our customer feedback regarding tickets. As soon as a service ticket is finished, customers are instantly notified and asked to rate their experience. We are able to reach out to unhappy customers sooner and ensure they are not left upset.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the service analytics. These are features that are very useful to our company and I'm happy to see how comprehensive the available tools are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it to be a lot to learn. Navigating the platform is fairly intuitive, but the depth of features (which is great, of course) can be hard to parse at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, HubSpot allows me to quickly view reports and charts that help me see how well I'm supporting our customers and where I can identify areas for improvement.

I like that it is so easy to use and is very easy to find any information you are looking for and they have a very good customer service system as well

I have not found anything that I do not like in my endeavors.

It makes it very easy for me to communicate with customers and resolve their issues as well as log my emails all in one easy place.

I really like that Hubspot Service Hub has intuitive features that make it easy to navigate and manage.

I think Hubspot is very intuitive but could potentially have more helping prompts for all user levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot service hub helps us keep track of our customers in one place. It is organized, easy to use, and makes it efficient for our team to collaborate while servicing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. We are big fans of Service Hub so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps all of our customer information in one place, including any tickets that are submitted, so we can easily track and resolve them. A new team member can join our organization anytime and easily pick up on a customer, view their history and more.
Easy CRM with Lego-like customization
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot as a whole is very easy to set up and configure to your liking. The user interface is easy to understand and it's not hard for even the layperson within an organization to pick up. The tools are there for all the departments that require CRM and the community is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration doesn't go as far as I'd like. I'm used to highly complex systems like MS Power Automate and I do feel that some of those automation features or integrations are missing. It also feels like there are limitations that may be unnecessary or been overlooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, HubSpot really simplifies the workflow for technical support within my organization. With some competing systems, the lack of speed and the over-complex nature of them lead to lack of productivity, which I'm able to avoid with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating all the platforms used throughout the company. Everything links together and makes automating processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is duplication within HubSpot which may be down to the integration of other apps. I also don't like the colour scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Th customer journey has partly been automated from time of registering interest meaning customer support team have more time to spend with customers.
