A great experience with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most are the Hubspot features! Allowing you to have complete control of the sales and marketing CRM. One of Hubspot's best features is the intuitive way to create workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the ability to create SQL queries inside Hubspot, as well as predictive analytics that send emails at the best time for each lead. It would be interesting to implement both features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of our CRM and sales pipeline. In addition to being able to centralize our entire customer service operation. Our performance has improved by optimizing time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me with all of my marketing activities and is intuitive to use. I mainly use Hubspot for Social, Blogs (created and managed through HS), email automation, sequences, workflows and more. The level of data I get from Hubspot is incredible and helps me shape the strategy for our marketing efforts moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be quite fiddly managing Hubspot and integrations like Sakari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had an issue with our automated newsletter and Hubspot support helped resolve this. We were kept updated on progress every step of the way, and were delighted with the service we recieved.

Automating time-consuming tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Bridging some of the gaps and breaking down barriers between departments. It helps to create a continuous flow between marketing, sales and customer experience and support processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the creation of quotes, it would be great if you could create a template for quotes that are reused often (i.e. you often send a quote with item A, B, C and D) so as to not have to recreate the same quote continuously.

In addition to that, if you could set a default tax rate across the organisation or discount per company/contact would be invaluable to reduce human error in creating quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortening response and interaction times with contacts and customers help us to keep them engaged.

It is also great to have a holistic view of a company or customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Service Hub is very easy to set up and customize to your needs. The layout options are customizable too so your team can choose how to view your incoming tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's nice for email attachments to automatically attach themselves to related tickets because you cannot search, sort or filter attachments it is impossible to find the attachment if you have a lot of tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub enabled us to better streamline our operations process and improve the overall organization of our customer requests. Further, the ability to create custom dashboards allows us to track our progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy creation and formatting of knowledgebase articles

Some limitations around formatting the portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of helpful resources for our clients but in the past they have been inconsistent in their content and presentation. Hubspot Service Hub has helped us give structure to our help articles, and to our navigation. It also gives us easier visibility of who is consuming them and what they are interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
Make calls using Hubspot to call clients and tag colleagues as well as organizing documents on the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering information sometimes is not accurate and also sharing it. Linking HubSpot to my email helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps with clients' applications and calling students.

Overall strong service CRM for managing many clients with multiple team members

What do you like best about the product?
The status board is my favorite feature. It is easy to see what is outstanding, pending action, pending clients, and keeps a history of solved cases. I find it very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a team that uses Gmail and Slack, often when you respond through Gmail rather than through the CRM itself, it doesn't pick up the email in the CRM going forward. Also the slack notification then also stops working so a new mail would need to be monitored through the Gmail inbox rather than CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really useful for managing many clients with a large team. We receive a significant boost in productivity by having access to everyone's outstanding items as we can see who is overwhelmed and may need some help.

At the moment I did not find any dislikes.

Automation and ease of use have been the most significant aspects but to have everything centralised was the game changer

At times parts for automation can be a little convoluted but we understand that this is our process as well

It has been a timer saver for our business and enabled us to be more efficient and gain better results in the areas that we excel at
