Excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of the application and the benefits of associated email addresses receiving notifications of certain actions automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything in particular, it's straightforward and it is easy to get used to once you know exactly what you are looking to achieve with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping our whole business, all departments and Clients aligned with every update regarding their debt review process. All in once easy-to-use application.
A very comprehensive CRM tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Not only are we able to store client data in one place, but we are also able to integrate HubSpot with several other systems to generate dashboards and reports that help us to level up our client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to setup Out of Office emails for Pipelines when we are away over the weekend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple departments that need access to client info, having everything in 1 place and setting up permissions on who can see what information is excellent. We can have all team members view the needed info without sacrificing the security of sensitive information.

Nothing really. All functions work well.

Management and communication to a big amount of accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to work with and view all my clients on a single platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of playing around and getting used to the functionality. Perhaps consider breaking down the menus a bit to making finding things a bit easier

It has simplified our customer surveys process

Hubspot is definitely an easy of use system it streamlines everything Customer Succes and sales in a need little package making the communications between the 2 a lot more efficient and faster
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things still missing I would prefer to have a simple quick UI that would show us how many times a customer has called. So that we can check up on them and maybe teach them again how our system works or sell them an update version.

It streamlines our sales and customer service communication channels. and makes it easier to track our customer satisfaction rate through inquiries and emails.

Standardised customer surveys like NPS have helped us enormously to improve customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive and you can quickly create surveys and forms. As you can connect them with automations and create reports about the responses, the whole process works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A contact could receive the same survey more times to respond.

I get a lot of good insights from the surveys we use.

The fact that the CRM integrates with other sales & marketing tools. All in one place

Not being advanced enough on some of these multiple tools that it includes.

It's the all- in tool. It works both as source of truth when it comes to manage our database

Email Clutter and sometime inbox is cluttered with notifications.

Use of templates, snippets, workflow, meetings to automate processes and gain efficiency.

There is quite a steep learning curve, but once you get it, you will wonder how you coped before without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overview on contacts and tasks allows the entire team to collaborate, even if they work remotely. Also, the automation of workflows is a huge efficiency tool.
