Hubspot is powerful, Service hub is getting there

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an incredibly powerful marketing and sales tool, its Service hub lets all customer data be in one place, allowing visibility on issues and improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
Further development as a useful tool for support teams to cater to and organize workflow is needed, better merging tools and synchronicity between views for ex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on other departments, full customer cycle is available for the support and onboarding teams to understand and serve clients better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can build a relationship with your customers throughout their whole journey through all of the different hubs and combining them gives you a clear view of how to help, nurture and give value to your customers individually based on their traits, actions, likes and dislikes. Internally it helps bind marketing, sales and service into one which is helpful to both us and the customer. The customer comes alive through data from HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have many dislikes actually, the only thing I would say is that the possibilities are endless which is a positive thing but it is difficult to figure out what works best for you. You just have to try. The thing with HubSpot is that it is a great framework but it is only as good as the people who use it. If you don't make it part of your everyday work you will not reach your full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings us closer to our customers whether it is through our knowledge base or HubSpot. Through HubSpot we can help our customers grow, learn and help themselves. And in the process we learn valuable information about them.

bandwidth of the staff means added wait time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a serous problem with Hubspot data and how it updates your results. I validated this to the team in numerous examples. They may need to check the code and do further regression testing before deploying.

You can see all customer interactions in one place alongside emails, notes, meetings etc
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Inbox, chat features are very confusing
2. Knowledgebase is very basic and does not allow styling
3. Don't have a support widget you can embed on your website or app

Help desk/support app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not worth the cost unless you need to see all your support tickets alongside other customer information. Instead, use another helpdesk that works with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
you can have everything under control from a single platform. CRM, CMS, Social Media, etc. They also have free courses to help you get the most out of the platform, as well as blog materials and resources that are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
it has some limitations. Sometimes there are functionalities that you can't apply in the CMS. The good thing is that they are constantly evolving, bringing out integrations with other platforms that help you manage your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem with an email preview, both for devices with dark mode enabled, and for iphone devices with iOS15.5. I contacted support to see if they could help me with that. Finally for the dark mode version nothing could be done, they are working on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it if you want to have everything centralised from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a wide range of integrations to make life easier. Connection to Jira for bug or confluence tracking. Slack to connect with colleagues regarding tickets or sales
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticket interface needs some work. Working with multiple users simultaneously also breeds a slight issue with responding to emails within minutes of each other, the changes do not populate automatically and you could end up sending double mails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's reporting software is very good and solves tracking issues regarding performance and timekeeping. It assists with productivity and allows you to keep track of your own day.
