An Experience Like No Other
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot integrates with other platforms and that the team is always working to make it better. There are so many features offered, it is so helpful in so many ways. If I ever need assistance, I can quickly and easily get assistance from the support team. The knowledge base articles are also helpful. Though I sometimes may not get the answer I'd hoped for, I always feel like I was heard and understood. It's really great that HubSpot has the idea board for users to share ideas on ways to improve the user experience, but it's even better that HubSpot actually works to integrate those ideas. I am now looking into this platform as a resource for my friend's small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I have had trouble with was adding notes to company pages. I've had times where I was typing notes and somehow it all disappeared/did not save. This hasn't happened in a while. So it may have been a bug that was fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me figure out how to embed surveys in emails. This is something that is needed for our company. It will help my boss capture feedback quickly and very easily- for him and for the recipient.

Really good response and do not hesitate to call if necessary

Could be a little more hands-on with technicall issues

Data and putting together graphs
It's quite easy to keep up with tickets e.g. customer complaints, and see the final resolution.

The best is that all tickets are classified.

It does not interface with our ERP program

Great user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base is great to be incorporated and with the chatflows that you are able to implement them into your support chat. I like being able to plan email sends and personalise the time zones
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that workflows can be confusing. I also think that the ticket support board we have, to find certain ticket additional settings is a confusing and long ux

Syncing data using zapier from appcues for our onboarding survey we are running.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot because it has so many capabilities in one platform. As a marketer, I am constantly using contacts, forms, and emails and I am beginning to look at workflows and automations. We use the service hub for our Knowledge Base.
What do you dislike about the product?

It is our Knowledge Base which holds FAQs and articles on "how-to"
User Friendly and Allows For Quick Service Requests
What do you like best about the product?
Clients like to use it to quickly solve issues with us. Also allows for internal comments and external communication in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conversations and tickets can be confusing and assigned to different people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a specific place for service requests and doesn't cloud up the email box.
User-friendly, Straightforward platform
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful- Most topics are easily found by going page to page
What do you dislike about the product?
Key words/terms are not always searchable in that results do not always generate for key words
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting how-tos, which make my day to day problem solving much easier
Easy enough to use, but not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Having the service tickets linked within the CRM is amazing. One picture of all that is happening, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to view and respond to your emails within HubSpot is such a huge drawback. Having to use an extension on my Outlook is semi ok, but cumbersome and often not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has some mince prebuild reporting but aside from that we find it hard to switch roles easily
HubSpot Make My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It has all of the features we need to manage our onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything. We're still finding great features to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for onboarding and it's really helping us keep track of the overall health of all active implementations. We didn't have this kind of clarity prior to using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a solid process and that process documented prior to implementing HubSpot Service Hub. It will really help your team understand your workflow.
HubSpot seems to be very effective in creating pipelines for cases as well as great for activities
What do you like best about the product?
Auomative pipelines can move cases around and create follow-up emails that work great for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Search function feels like it could be improved upon as it feels hard to find specific cases without the case numbers. Things are listed not in any relevant order it feels nor are they ordered by date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a business with multiple pipelines and structures that cases need to follow and templates to apply and HubSpot can provide excellent structure in that capacity.
