A great help for managing my business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up automated processes to help run our servicing initiatives. Hubspot makes it easy to collect, gather, and interpret feedback of clients
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that seem to make sense to have for any business that hasn't been implemented yet. I feel that if there was a quicker way to implement what the community is asking for, it would make the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having all of our necessary service functions in one central place. It lets us have more accountability for our team and workflows which is greatly appreciated.

Ease in use and the features and function
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing the system runs very well and is easy to use with many features that allow for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of all deals and stages those deals are in. Most importantly it makes contacting potential clients easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product with a great service team.

What do you like best about the product?
All information needed quickly accessible. Easy to call and emails customers just with one click. I use Customer contact info, call, emails. It is simpler to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing - when I try to search for the customer with their contact number the system doesn't bring anything up. Improve contact number identification process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various customer queries; Customer identification; Contact customers. I personally do not. I am more productive because it is simple to use. Yes it did increase

What do you like best about the product?
My team has been using Hubspot Service since 2018 and we are very satisfied with it.
The integration of tickets in the CRM, the ease of automating our processes, the help center and more recently the customer portal allows us to save precious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concept of "working hours" in metrics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all informations of client problems within our CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own custom objects and track all related custom objects to the core contacts. I like that I can integrate my data warehouse to perform analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the contacts main thread can get long to read and get the highlights of contact engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main CRM platform and contains all of our relevant customer data.

Integrated into CRM for access to all data
What do you dislike about the product?
Most integrations are intended for CRM so service tickets do not transfer, only Tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized all the communications and showed team who is working on what so it decreased redundancy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only major issue we have had is that we use Jira Data Center rather than Jira Cloud so escalating tickets internally does not work with current integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and the loading speed, since I navigate with multiple tabs, is very helpfull
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, tickets are being slow to go through our workflows (to update) and it can bring it back to step one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub is very open to our needs in improving their platform in that sense.

The stages in pipelines are easy. Mail integration works perfectly fine

Not able to customize dashboards. It is confusing on how to set up some pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing Sales Numbers. It is helpful when coaching

It has so much information and it is complicated to find

It is easier to track numbers. It is also easy to assign accounts to account managers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it easy and simple to get to certain places. There are too many routes to information. That makes it hard to get support.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting feedback from customers through the surveys. It's been really helpful since they do not always answer the phone, so the survey links have been a great option for them to give us feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything so far. I use the feedback surveys and other team members use the ticketing system and that helps organize all customer requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a welcome call to our customers after they enroll in our program and most of the time they don't answer the phone. Sending a survey link after the call via email and text message has been very successful at connecting with them.
