Keeping client communications organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Gmail so that communications are easily tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of task management / project planning capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility into all customer communications so any Customer Success team member can jump in to support.

After more usage, I appreciate how it tracks issues and can be routed to the appropriate person or department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating HubSpot initially feels cumbersome. After more usage I have found shortcuts that work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All issues that cannot be handled on a dealership level are brought to the attention of the support department and are handled in a timely manner.
I have liked it more than my last experience with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and easy to change views for showing productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
filters are a little hard to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping all salespeople honest on productivity. Shows how everyone is doing on correspondence.
App seemed to be easy to understand and learn, was easy to see feedback reviews from our customers.

The organization of the feedback reviews

I did not find anything to be unsatisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing metrics of good reviews to our shareholders for our support team.

I think it has helped us tremendously in keeping things organized and easy to pull data from.
HubSpot is a great service that makes doing business easier.

I enjoy how smooth and maneuverable HubSpot is and how organized it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had many issues with it outside of sometimes being logged out of my account unexpectedly.

HubSpot helps our company stay organized and helps us attend to our customer's issues swiftly.
Very intuitive and easy to use

How easy it is to automate and create workflow around it to better the experience of both the client and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my end, I have to do the setup on one sitting otherwise my progress wont be saved and I will have to get started all over again

Organizing leads by priority which has allowed us to reach out to hot leads quicker
Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot make regular impactful updates to their software all the time. We are starting to use Service Level Agreements within Service Hub which is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the only downside is the SLAs not carrying from conversations over to the tickets screen.

They help us keep our promises to customers.

Companies and Contacts are not separated
You cannot "hide" certain notes

A learning process but worth it
What do you like best about the product?
The features and integrations allow our team to automatize tasks from our customer relations and interactions. Thanks to Hubspot we can set different journeys for different customers and keep track of our customers opinions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not as friendly to use, it's been a long process to keep up to date on how to do x or y things but I think it's part of getting used to a software full of functionalities.

Great experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to link accounts together and complete everything directly from one specific deal. The idea of working from the same system for a chat until completing a sale is a great option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a few bugs that have an easy fix but nothing that can't be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making everything easier to work with. Confirmations are sent automatically and it used to be time-consuming.

It's all in one place, you should definitely get Hubspot.
