Smooth transition

What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from MS Dynamics and it was a smooth transition. Customers like easy access to searchable KB articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket automation needs work. Page customization is rigid. Not many templates to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub allows us to offer a more modern Help Center and ticketing system for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure all your current Service Hub requirements can be met by HubSpot before transitioning.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is quick and helpful and overall, Hubspot is pretty easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of options in the page builder so it's complicated to do what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, finding if i can or can't do something
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty useful to someone who does not have programming knowledge. The customer service is helpful and friendly. But do not expect to be able to do everything you want with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the system works, since everything is easy and connected. It is easy to use and relatively fast to learn how to do tasks with the HubSpot academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like a challenge trying to connect all the features to prior systems from your work. It can also be confusing with how some services can enhance others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the struggle of using multiple different services and cluttering your schedule by going back and forth. Now everything is connected and internal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the alerts received when the customer opens an email or leaves feedback I think it helps keep service personnel organized, as well as, reminding us and the service team of the importance of customer satisfaction and where we stand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of how the HubSpot app behaves on Apple products. specifically, the voice chat which is important for those who can't type on a keyboard for hours straight. I think the development team should have a look into this how HubSpot and voice dictation on Apple products work together (very buggy)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping me on top of customer satisfaction along with the next task in front of me.

What do you like best about the product?
My organization is using Hubspot for our CRM software. The system is easy to use and provides the transparency needed throughout our organization. I appreciate the support teams and their willingness to assist and listen to possible features for the future. I also love all the 3rd party integrations avaliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more import abilities for old data (like google meetings or emails) and for the system to be HIPPA compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub is providing a single source of truth and transparency throughout the organization regarding our clients.

Only export possible in CSV, this makes it difficult for translating the knowledge base for copywriters

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface and various tools are well sign posted. The customer service is also extremely responsive and very knowledgable about the product and its uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ads interface feels very limited compared to the native ad platforms for the places we advertise on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had several issues with the integration of third-party tools and the team at customer service is excellent at helping us overcome various issues we experience.
