Hubspot CRM thats your friend
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find your contacts and daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant see who left the tasks for you unless you check every singel e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day flow of daily tasks and finding all my contacts easy

Everything is organized well. They are always updating the tabs for more useful ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Down side is that there are times when the system goes down, and we are not able to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paper work, everything is notated so that the next rep knows whats going on with the accounts

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, simple and clean. A very easy interface to set up and use that comes with the right amount of editing tools to create eye-catching articles and guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility in the layout. It's also could be viewed as a strength because it provides a consistent look and feel. The only item I would want more tool around would be better tools for posting and editing images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a self-help knowledge base to provide our customers with everything they need to know to get started with our product. Since we've been improving our articles, we have seen customer usage increase.

What do you like best about the product?
The standard and very basic use of the platform, not to hard to figure out where things are located , very user friendly !
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't save some thing unless your press the save buttom every time.

One of the best CRMs I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI improvements they've made over time - especially on the Tickets page. They've made it prettier, and clearer to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, really. I would like to have the option to customize the signature when replying to emails from the Inbox page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving time issues. I'm able to follow up with all of our clients and community in a timely manner, and it's easy to keep all the documentation there for one to consider.

What do you like best about the product?
the system is dynamic and can be changed to suit my teams workflow to better improve how we onboard clients and keep them orgaized. I really like the template option as well as the playbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be issues when receiving emails through the "ticket" portion of hubsot, as well as there can be bugs or glitches in the system when trying to compose emails within Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues such as numerous support tickets that come in. Creating better organization and visulization for our onboarding team in the "deals" section of hubspot, which is better halping this teams workflow.

Being able to customise my display, sort by different categories, links to other tickets

No markers for whether tickets have been automatically or intentionally assigned. Unnecessary step when adding a contact

The Feedback feature is definitely something that binds your business holistically. We use various tools to connect with our leads and customers. Still my top brand in terms of CRM and overall business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately when someone who fills out a survey that is outside your contact list, it mimicks the last contact profile name of the last contact who took the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client feedback. With a growing organization and increase in manpower it is challenging to drill down the factors on how to improve your business as a whole. It truly helps us strategize.

Ease of use , flexibility of interfacing between contacts regarding same member communication. Use of snippets as effective efficiency tool

It is efficient and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is dynamic and very user-friendly. The multiple inbox layout and the notifications as well as the dynamic capabilities with other apps are both useful and impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do kind of wish it wasn't so glitchy all the time. Sometimes it freezes or certain buttons will disappear and i will have to refresh the page. This can be frustrating if I already wrote out an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve customer issues, and inquiries, and respond to comments. This provides a better guest experience for our attendees and allows for our company to have active and flowing communication with the public.
