Good CRM but sometimes you feel it has been designed by developers and not sales/marketing/CSM teams

What do you like best about the product?
Th fact that it is highly personalisable. There are tons of features that enable you to build a CRM tailor-made for your business and team's needs. Also, I really like the fact there is a user forum to vote for new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there are sometimes incoherent limits to how the tool can be used. Be it building dashboards or having several knowledge bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub hasn't solved much problems.

Very detailed and useful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to save different kind of informations about our service and expecially the customers whose data, needs and requests change very often and need to be remembered
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that pipelines and tickets are very useful but they should be reviewed and also the pop-ups because sometimes they are just not necessary or incomplete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I can for sure create a sort of 'register' of each customer about their subs, personal data, requests or complains and it is useful because it helps me to monitor the progression of customers journey

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, responsive customer success team, reporting tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature could be better. I would really like the option to tag different conversations - ex: sales, customer success, billing, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on outbound sales activity and sequence creation, customer success contact/workflow implementation, customer success uses as a place to store client info

For sales and CS this platform meets expectations

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility on using the ticket pipeline connections with the CRM, which can be integrated with closed deals, create processes and track every engagement with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to connect a custom survey triggered by a ticket to said ticket is limited, sometimes you want to do a custom survey based on an interaction but that is connected on the contact level and not also on the ticket level, making it harder to know which interaction it originated from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing help desk services with service hub, and other processes like onboarding. Also we are solving the issue of customers looking at their historical interactions with the customer portals and knowledge base to do an easier support.

Not bad to start but make sure you build to scale
Good if you have used ticketing or crm platforms

What do you like best about the product?
the visuals of HubSpot are great. It is easy to manage through the platform and the dashboards are very useful. It's easy to navigate throughout the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automated platform moves tickets wrongly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to figure out in which stage of the treatment ur clients are and see how what their issues in each stage are. With the tickets it's always easy to understand

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for my client's education area and it was been a pleasure using it!! From submission forms to creating properties to filter appropriate contacts to sending them the invitation email to using them for feedback survey. It has been amazing! I have been using Hubspot in my company Decisions for support tickets, creating dashboards for our customers, Knowledge base, registration forms and the list is endless... But one thing I want to appreciate is their customer support, very helpful and driven to help. As well as Hubspot academy has great content to go through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing, I absolutely love using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback forms - To get the right feedback to improve on
Support ticket - for handling customer queries
Submission forms - To collect registration for Training webinars - Decisions challenge & masterclass
Knowledge base articles - to create a hub of support articles
Team Dashboard - to track team meetings, email activity & client average score on org. eng
Contact properties - to filter the data
Report - for customers data

Leverage the Customer support they are really good and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I'm personally using it for customer support and like the flow and layout.

Right now there doesn't seem to be an easy ticket merging function (at least not that I'm aware of).
