HubSpot Service Hub

What do you like best about the product?
We like the private knowledge base because we use it for company policies and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of the KB is a bit limited. They did not bring out a customer ticket portal until recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our internal and external processes. We use tickets for projects just like you would in trello but with better automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its always expanding its features and becomes an ongoing growth asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Amazing features available to create them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great. Only thing would be for more options in the formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple system that customers can access for information.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it seamlesly easy to see Imperative data. Gathering our Team, clients and my own KPI's in a click once you have filters set which btw saves my valuable time be more effecient in more Important things
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is that I know not all are Features are mobile device capable but there is still some that can and is not available on the Mobile App
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Company works with Students and there's really no Areas of concern on a Daily Basis but it would be very helpfull if it has an option to not let you set a due date in the future that already has something scheduled to it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's better than salesforce 🙃 try it yourself, Its a No Brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how dynamic the use of HubSpot is. I am able to easily organize and close customer tickets as well as look through contacts to help my clients the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if HubSpot could have its own version of software like Airtable, it would make the process of creating workflows and managing them much much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help customers from around the world get their questions answered in an easy and time-friendly manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the snippets! They are a lifesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to assign tickets and monitor ticket response time
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for writing emails and responding is not the most user friendly. Emails bounce sometimes. It's hard to follow an email thread bc it duplicates the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket response time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you connect outlook to it so you can send your emails through outlook. HubSpot is not the best in sending emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it to find contacts and companies right away. I can create surveys and templates to automate into my email account. Surveys are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Love everything. I am still learning how to use Hubspot so there is a lot that I still need to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of benefits on Hubspot, A lot of different services depending on the job.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link the feedback and requester to the accounts and see the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a new company is created for each request for any e-mail that isn't on file. The company created isn't correct and there isn't a way to review the "new" accounts loaded for accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a free trial and the integration with Zendesk wasn't very fluid. We ended up sticking with Zendesk for the moment

HubSpot Has a lot of potential as a powerful platform

What do you like best about the product?
Customer contact is where HubSpot excels . Being able to compile all our data into HubSpot is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge base, I wish it were far more compartmentalized and robust. Like being able to sort into private/public without the need for an account. Alternate form of verification would be nice.

Ticketing for IT was not a stellar experience. No mobile access, no ability to complete requests completely via email. (Spiceworks for free is a much better offering and we would pay for it cause it's so streamlined and easy to use and also user friendly.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub is the biggest issue for us since we now only use it for customer contacts. For internal tickets it was not as easy for users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's robust for sales and customer contacts. For internal use there is a bit of room for improvement. Service Hub needs modernization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of moving around the UI, moving tickets around in the certain views, the ease of bulk importation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall support ticket section could have some better functionality with regard to ticket linkage and some of the workflow automation capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for contact records, deal management, and service ticket control. The main benefit is how seamlessly all sections integrate and work together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HUBSPOT is always available for a live chat to help with my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes learning a new system requires a bigger learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting help with updating ticket properties, but I realize most issues can be searched on the help guide, but it is always nice to speak to a live agent.
