Amazing experience, very user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is very self explanatory. Easy to sort and track stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier there was function to check if someone else is working on same enquirer ticket. Now I no longer see that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payroll Enquiries. The benefits are that it helps streamline the work. Forwards and Replies are shown as a thread which is easy to track and follow.
Very effective to use! My co workers and I can share the same email threads and tickets together.
What do you like best about the product?
Tickets are my favorite part about Hubspot. I am able to create the tickets, reassign, create log, emails, notes, etc in the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training. It takes a lot of practice to understand the Hubspot features and all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication flows between the team members. Before Hubspot, we would duplicate a lot of emails but with Hubspot we are able to not duplicate the emails.
Great tool for everyday
What do you like best about the product?
The way the information is displayed in "layers" - The contact, company, information, tickets, emails, calls... everything is related to each other, and doesn't matter where you start you can follow the link to the right info
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I would love for the Search bar to be improved. For it to consider more keywords or for more results to be shown. Sometimes it's difficult to find email conversations or so without knowing the exact subject or the results shown are limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company I work for, we use it as the main solution for ticketing and record-keeping. From service or support tickets to sales deals, customer information and others.
Easy to navigate and holds everything we need
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and intuitive. It holds all of our account contacts and provides great data on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs that happen along the way, but I work for a start-up software company so I get it! Bugs always get squished quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from Zendesk, and Hubspot holds more information on our customers and gives easy to read data that is helpful.
Hubspot is an excellent tool and resource.

Hubspot's CRM has elevated our company and allowed us to expand our business in a multitude of ways. It has key features including automation, analytics, social media outputs etc. that allow you to double productivity and conduct business efficiently and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly nothing. Hubspot is a stellar platform with excellent customer service. If ever an issue arises their team is quick to act and quick to solve. User friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows you to do the work of multiple people even if you are operating small. Email tracking, workflows, note taking, internal inbox's. Hubspot does it all.

Easy to learn and to keep fresh data
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interconnection of salesmsg, calendar, email and phone. Love tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Similar to Salesforce. Simple to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the ability to tag a contact or a company to be able to run personalized reports on who you are targeting for what (ex. Dr. Ross target for CE Incision Training) I hate having to keep separate excel sheet to track goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing my contact touches is a life saver! Saves me time on repetitive tasks. Creating workflows ensures that the same message is sent in the same timely fashion to all levels of customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow tags on any person or any company to provide personalized reporting and eliminate excel sheet tracking. Training video quality is grainy and too fast to absorb.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Creating Templates & Tracking Emails as it's always extremely nice to see who has interacted with your email vs who has not. I also really enjoy using the Support Chat!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love Hubspot! There is nothing wrong with Hubspot in my opinion

Hubspot really helps with with streamlining overal client to business communication. The way Hubspot allows you to track information is amazing!

If you're looking for ways to help streamline communication and overall company efficiency, Hubspot is definitely the way to go!

No options for customizing task types for reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers lots of flexibility in how a business can set up its accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest 'pain point' is the small window for viewing and for responding to emails, particularly in the Inbox feature.

HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of all my clients. The search engine is very user-friendly.
