Fantastic Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the guides for usage they provide a powerful tool to be able to easily gain an understanding of how to best use Hubspot. I also like the marketing options for emails and the chat bot feature's capability to easily connect with our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I disklike about hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been creating an improved visual of how we have our users moving through our marketing and sales funnel. We are also able to easily communicate with our users whether we direct them to our knowledge center built within Hubspot or connect directly with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the Knowledge Base Tool it's amazing!

Great experience for both customers and support agents

What do you like best about the product?
It's integrated with Hubspot CRM so we can see everything about the customer all in one place. It's a good modern UX for the customers, and very fast. The feedback emails were very easy to set up. The Kanban board view for tickets ensures we don't forget about any tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distinction between Conversations and Tickets results in confusion sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot service for a basic tech support department with 2 or 3 software developers who double as support agents. Our old support system was archaic and a very basic experience for users. Hubspot is much better. It's a good basic system for customers, and our support agents picked it up very quickly. We're also in the process of moving to Hubspot Knowledgebase and it looks like it will be a great experience for customers too.

What do you like best about the product?
We started by using SalesHub and MarketingHub and used HappyFox for support. There were many limitations to the logic and seamless integration of using a separate application for servicing so adding ServiceHub was a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike so far. There are a ton of options and ways to customize records Fantastic tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceHub has given us a better idea of the types of tickets that come in. We categorize them to provide better reporting which assists in both sales (cross-selling and renewals) and product enhancement.

Nothing! Everything has been great with Service Hub

Moving from shared email box and manual tracking process to service hub was great and made everyone's lives easier

Enjoy using HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, can see all pertinent info, automation, and email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike so far. I have used a few different CRM's and this is the best so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the ticket system to delegate tasks to team members, input po's, take chats, and answer info requests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a needs analysis and learn about the different functions and benefits. It probably does more then you know you need but the tools are there to use and the data is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the feedback service has been an eyeopener to our team in terms of where we stand with our customers. We can tackle problematic areas before they get out of hand and understand what's been working for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about dislike integration. One thing I would like to see is the order number tied to the review for easier cross-referencing. For example, our reviews are sent to any customer that has placed a web order, so if we receive a negative feedback we would like a faster way to cross reference what the customer purchased at the time of his/her review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to fix website bugs and product descriptions from our website and have also made it easier for customers to check out based on reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create different workflows according to your needs and depending on your internal processes. You can integrate your processes with the tool and viceversa.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would change is the option to have a ticket that according to the selected pipeline, will change the properties that are shown in the ticket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are centralizing our information by using Hubspot and creating different processes according to each department. We are also using the Marketing part, every time a bit more.

What do you like best about the product?
Email solutions made easy. Love the ability to create attached files, landing pages, website and email links to a button or image.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blog templates. I do not like how it changes the website design as well.

Organization of looking up contacts and reviewing previous email correspondence. Viewing CTR with email campaigns.
