Fantastic Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot's workflows, UX functionality, and ease with which it is to communicate with clients through Text, Email or Phone Call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HubSpot does not offer a Text feature, but you instead have to integrate software like Sakari with it to text clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the number of locations our team communicates with one another. It is also very easy to integrate with other software. We currently integrate with Monday.com and it works beautifully.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
N/a because I do not currently use it.

What do you like best about the product?
The Service Hub allows my team to address our client's support needs in a quick and collaborative way. We are always on the same page and our overall support experience ratings have improved. It's so much more functional than our old CRM and has saved us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few bumps in the road with creating and managing some of the workflows and chat flows we set to populate our support tickets and inboxes. Although, the HubSpot help team has been available and has quickly solved most issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company expanded we experienced many growing pains when managing our growing client base. Service Hub keeps our team on track and coordinated. It's got so many features, I keep finding new ways to increase efficiencies. Our clients have been giving us rave reviews about our support teams too! The automated surveys and emails helped us add a more professional touch.

Check it out! Since we made the switch I'm so much more productive.
A Dependable CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a a great CRM program. Extremely dependable and user-friendly. Service Hub helps us provide the best customer experience to our contacts. Every tool we need in one place, unlike other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, the biggest downside is expense. The bigger the more expesive, as well as the different levels in service or marketing and add-on products. The Knowledgebase is great but the features could be better as far as article editing. Reporting for the KB is not available and i do think it would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, we are at the top tier with customer service. World Class NPS and CES scores. Granted we take the majority of the credit for having amazing staff and great products but it sure is easier when you have a system that works as hard as you do. Reporting capabilities are also easier because of HS.

I like all of the capabilities Hubspot has and how intuitive it is.

It is not easy to go back to a previous screen

We are tracking support tickets, second demo requests and product feature requests and it is a great centralized solution.

What do you like best about the product?
My company has very specific needs being an education company and catering to both students and parents. Hubspot has been adaptable to our needs as well as made it easy for our service team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training for more front-line staff can be a bit complicate since there are so many intricacies to Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to automate some of the processes and make sure our families are getting their questions answered as soon as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot Service. I would just recommend taking the time to onboard correctly and make sure your entire service team is on the same page. It can be a bit confusing to those who aren't super tech-savvy.
I like Hubspot's services, but it is complicated and hard to use at times.

I like the database functions the best and the ability to host a wide-range of data in one palce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of intuitiveness. Hubspot can sometimes be difficult or confusing to navigate.

We did not have a structured database before, so this has been a huge help. We realized how beneficial workflows and as much automation as possible.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, workflow automation is helpful

We’ve recently started using the integration with Shopify, it becomes quite costly if you want to map custom fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to segment all our emails in one place and see a history of requests attached the the customer profile. Definitely makes collaboration amongst our CE team easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a trial, have team using the software test this.
Decently deep learning curve but good once you get the hang of it

Customization continues to impress. Learning curve can be steep for certain features sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A walkthrough wizard that utilizes AI would be invaluable in navigation

CRM and ecommerce issues as well as some marketing pieces
HubSpot Provides All The Tools I Need For Awesome Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do some powerful stuff with workflow. I have been able to automate so many processes which takes all the manual work off my plate. I can focus on my other tasks and can be a lot more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a referral program setup document as a resource. I was able to create a successful working referral program within the HubSpot platform, but I didn't have much guidance or help on how to get it done.

The Referral Program was the first project I worked on with HubSpot. I am a new employee and this was my first introduction to HubSpot. I was impressed by the automation tools.
