What do you like best about the product?
All customer service data is together in one place. It is intuitive and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is we can't drag folders in the documents and files sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts, deals, support pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the Service Hun is to use. I can do what I need to do to help my company in a very short amount of time without complication. Using other systems just won't add up in my opinion. It is very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more editing options on the service hub that will allow it to look a certain way. More editing tools, photo options, and additional fonts. I would like to personalize the knowledge base articles a bit more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to educate my colleagues on things they should know and I feel empowered by being able to assist. It helps me fill in free time when I run out of work to do.

Formating & spacing within the article can be finicky

Easy for users to search out the info they need. We get stats in the backend of what people are searching for to help us create content based on those insights and needs.

Mobile email and ticketing is not user friendly on iOS.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing director, I like that I can manage all of our key areas within the HubSpot platform. We recently built our website in HubSpot and that has been a huge help in terms of being able to make edits easily and also view analytics without having to switch to another platform. Our team also uses it to stay better aligned with the sales team and keep our goals in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools (Microsoft/Bing ads for example) that don't integrate with HubSpot so it's kind of a pain. Hoping HubSpot moves on this integration soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With sooooo many different tools on the market today for sales and marketing, it's easy to have a place to manage everything easily. The biggest benefit has been being able to collaborate team-wide.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use the contact us feature. HubSpot is very responsive and get back to you on chat with a resolution almost immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has thought of everything. It'll be years before we run out of features to learn and use. The feedback surveys tool is currently our favorite piece - our services are improving way faster and our customers feel heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a little more NPS reporting capabilities. It's difficult to create nuanced reports comparing NPS scores across multiple business units across time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering customers' unspoken concerns and disappointments. This helps us turn half-hearted customers into raving fans with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how far above the competition HubSpot is.
