Very Pleased From The Start

What do you like best about the product?
We moved to combine multiple applications into one so we could more efficiently record client support activity and communicate with clients based on that activity. What I like best is the ability to easily create properties to capture various data points and then set rules to communicate with our client based on that activity/data such as NPS.
The reporting tools are excellent and easy to use.
The Tickets areas allow for an excellent vision of all activities in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's a very short list. We are very pleased with all aspects of the application. How could HubSpot be better? Perhaps in having the ability to create a new type of ticket with different properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are 20x more efficient in capturing client activity.
We are much more efficient in maintaining our support ticketing process and client follow-up.
We can easily report on all aspects of our client data.

Great for Segmenting By Product

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability of using subcategories to break knowledge down by specific products and then areas within each product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having one layer of subcategories, ideally multiple levels of subcategories would make organization much more specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to reduce support times and calls by answering basic questions within knowledge articles. We've been able to track this through the various reports available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The feature set is wide, but could use some more development in the depth.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's versatility in being moulded to our needs has been excellent. There's a solution to every problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, even when problems arise the team solve them promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a tool for our business support service.

It's a powerful tool which can cope under pressure.

Always Improving Customer Service Software

What do you like best about the product?
Not only am I as a manager able to give my team a powerful tool for customer support, I have access to see how my team is doing in meeting those support requests. Everything is incredibly transparent for me to audit my support team for quality assurance. This is on top of an already incredible experience for the team as they can see all the details needed to answer questions and resolve issues straight from the Helpdesk view in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further integration is always an area to be improved. There are a few areas in the Helpdesk that, if they were more completely customizable, would allow my team to never have to move to any other page in Hubspot while resolving issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hundreds of support emails coming into our office and have only a couple people on staff who can respond. We're able to respond to 50-100 emails per day (up to 200 during busy times), with consistent messaging by using templates, using only part-time help.

We can have a better follow-up with clients support, we have a centralized place to have their information as well and feedback

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a central "hub" instead of pulling information from different tools and websites. Good analytics and great for team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve and I had to do a big chunk of research on youtube. The support pages are ok but always link to 10 other support pages, just a time-consuming process for the setup and any troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been gathering information manually before using HubSpot so this took if a great way to keep things in one place and have several people in the company access real-time info in one place.

There are some flaws. I would like to see more automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simple to use. I like that I can do stuff myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disorganization is hard for me to find things so some of my time is spent looking for stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is the biggest thing for me. We have the ability to setup automation where tools in the past couldn't be done.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer feedback tool is really amazing! The fact that we get emails with each review so that we can reach out to clients who need help is super helpful!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love it if we were able to customize the pop-ups a bit more. Like being able to round the edges, customize size, the animation when it pops up... etc. It's very limited now in what it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the customer feedback tool we are able to help our clients solve their issues right away once they let us know what isn't working. Clients definitely benefit from this.

Very fast, accurate website to navigate on.

It's a lot of information, sometimes I lose track of all the buttons etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company related problems, the benefits for sure concern the easy-problem solving for my job.
