A cobust CRM
What do you like best about the product?
In our organization, as a Saas, it is really important to have a great follow-up of the deals. With HubSpot, we can automatically and manually track our clients at a different stages of their life cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that HubSpot is too restrictive about what we can do or not. For example, the fact that it is not possible to delete HubSpot properties. It would be better to let the user do as they want, even if they can break their CRM (and so have a back-up feature).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to use automatic workflow to better organize our team. We also can see the power of our sales team with the dashboards. It is also a strong database that helps us to find a great amount of information about our clients and prospects.

The flexibility Hubspot offers when it comes to managing the Sales team, from leads to internal process delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ticket pipeline flexibility when it comes to customising properties

Disorganization among sales process and partner data accuracy. Hubspot consolidates all sales data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to create campaigns and assets in them (landing pages, emails, workflows, ad audiences, contact lists, ...) and to clone them afterwards. It is really easy to launch a campaign or multiple ones very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it's so easy to create a campaign has to do with a "closed" architecture on how to edit and go deep in the editing, there are most of the time things you can't edit, and you don't know why.. The other thing is that it's difficult to track every asset and to have the ability to be agile on your data and asset distribution infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use, launch and sync with a lot of other softwares, so we could automate a lot of things and also ensure a quality review for everything that goes live.
Hubspot has developed a lot of new tools and thanks that we can give to customers a better service.
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base tool allows us to proactively act, and let the customer solve the issue without getting in contact with the frontline team. Based on our company resources it's really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to easily translate it like Dozuki app. And include an option to let customers leave their comments on each step. When you want to duplicate an article it always have problems to copy the tables and you have to manually adjust them, one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The assistance service is faster than ever.
We are now exploring how can we implement the chatbot and livechat service in our products. We produce 3D printers and we are planning to include this new feature, and assist teh customer directly from the printer touchscreen.

HubSpot has made my work so much easier to track and an overall better experience for the customers
What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager, I use the Tasks function the most as this keeps me organised and on track with all my Projects. As well as this the Sequence and email templates are great at keeping engaged with our customers and ensuring everything we send to them is professional and trackable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt really anything I dislike, I have tried to get my head round playbooks but I am struggling with the functuality of it. I think this function has great potential but I just can't get it to work well for me and what I do day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to view more and more Project data on a day to day basis. We now have all of our sales / deals information in there which gives me a better understanding of the work in our pipeline which I need to start thinking about delivering and getting scheduled in.

I absolutley love using HubSpot, great end user experience and easy to use. I learn more about this service everyday and am lucky enough to have someone internally with great knowledge of this application.
An easy to use client management system

Being able to track email history with clients so colleagues can have joined up communications with them and see conversation history,

It's not straightforward to remove people from workflows (you only filter them out, and it takes many steps!)

Seamless client/member management. While Hubspot is not perfect, it is a pretty good system for us to manage our membership/clients with

Knowledge Base, ticketing (on our side), self service tools, and automation is fine but a bit hard to configure. I like the dashboards and customization of panels

Limited features on the customer portal. Customer cannot see much which makes the customer portal not very attractive so they drop and go back to using emails.

Organization of customer inquiries and follow up. Better control and monitoring of the open topics and internal organization of the information. Visibility on the CS metrics

Great service hub and crm tools with great panels and dashboards and probably you will have a lot of good tools and resources once you get really acquainted to the product

The simplicity of the CRM and how it seemed to be fairly easy for our sales team to adopt

The reporting and workflow features still have room for improvement

The major problem that was solved was sales team adoption. A problem that we had with our previous CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is probably all most companies will require from a CRM solution. It may not include all the bells and whistles that other solutions have but the simplicity and clean UI have made it the ideal tool for our Sales Team
Easy to admin
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are powerful and easy to set. It is also very easy to add new properties for your specific needs and integrate with third parties. Our staff loves the UI too, smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
on the other hand, playing with data is complex, for example, you cannot erase a product catalogue in bulk mode, Quote statics are very limited too and that is causing issues when analysing business at that. Also the development roadmap is not clear and It would be great to, sometimes, be part of a users/admins panel to directly discuss issues and new feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking what our contacts are doing on our website, monitoring and scheduling follow up tasks to win and closed deals, and ticket automation to improve our client relationship efficiency. it is a powerful tool

Find a Hubspot Integrator to help you setting it up the best way possible to avoid rookie mistake and also to develop your initial set of reports/dashboard
