Everything you need

What do you like best about the product?
that you can have a complete overview of your business, from marketing to customer service, going through the sale process in just one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
some interesting feature are missing, like the possibility to sync it with Whatsapp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything, the benefit is huge as you can keep tracking of the status of a ticket or feedback easily and show to my customer that I'm always aware if it's the situation

What do you like best about the product?
Handy business evaluation tools, insightful sales & marketing analytics, amazing customer support system, customizable working environment, and plenty of API integration possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If workflows could be less complicated, that would be great. Other than that - excellent stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve anything from marketing to customer support, to product management. Other colleagues track their sales and ensure the client base keeps on growing.

What do you like best about the product?
It´s easy to use and monitor the KPIs of my team. I can follow the tickets received from customers and update existing ones. It´s fast to track de goals and commission.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version it´s not usable from my perspective as a manager. I can´t follow the KPIs and tickets, it´s difficult to find the contact of the customers and goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can follow all the sales processes in Hubspot, which is great because I don´t need to use anymore else to follow the KPIs of my team and report them to my management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is focussed on a lot of different working processes. I have the feeling that every process could adapt to Hubspot. For my work I only use approx. 10% of the tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't turn off fields that I don't use. Since Hubspot is built to help almost all businesses, I find myself sometimes searching for the right place because of options and tools I don't use. It would be nice to be able to personalize the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of orders and leads. I can't remind every customer obviously, and especially not when I have more people working in the same dealstage. Hubspot helps us to keep track of everything.

Knowledge base articles are difficult to edit, sometimes very clunky and need to try multiple times

Customer support queries. Brings amazing clarity to our teams, ensuring that we answer all queries and provide world-class support to our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Formatting emails is relatively simple. The customer support team is very responsive but not especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a modern email platform, the responsivity on mobile is very disappointing. As a user, I expect to easily add an email signature and be able to drop in high-resolution social icons. That is currently not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templating helps us edit emails quickly and efficiently. The chat for internal teams is a helpful feature that helps us make decisions quickly. The preview feature for sending test emails is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check the email features thoroughly to see if they meet your needs, do a competitive analysis first.
