What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the Hubspot default properties as part of the Sevice Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more tools to customize certain properties for contact:company level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem that I am trying to solve is related to our CRM data, the automation tools are the main benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many tools in the last 10yrs, Hubspot is considered a rather easy to use full-scaled tool! Also, tons of product info and guide are available online.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting can be improved with more insights and allow users to focus on problem area.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single source of truth for all customer information has been invaluable. My team are able to find everything they need quickly and easily.
Compared to other CRMs we reviewed it is significantly easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often many ways places to store the same information, which introduces the possibility of duplication or badly managed filing. This is more about training the team to use Hubspot more than a flaw in the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up several different surveys has allowed us to quickly gather customer feedback and report on it easily. It has certainly made us more productive and allowed for better self-reflection
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to plan what you want HubSpot to deliver for you befoire diving in. There are a lot of options and it's easy to get lost without a good map.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the product is that all of the contact information is stored at one place including customer interactions. I can create notes for customers due to which all of our internal teams are connected and they know the stayof customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket creation model is something I feel would need some changes as I am looking out for report generation based on the customer interaction on a daily basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of the customers at one spot is a challenge, however with the product this is a huge problem that we are solving

What do you like best about the product?
EASE OF USE! I really enjoy getting work done efficiently and hubspot helps me attain all of my goals at work. 10/10 stars!
What do you dislike about the product?
payments system can be kind of wonky! it is important to have a good accessible payments system for support people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
billing, troubleshooting. The benefits are that Hubspot makes it pretty easy to figure out and their support is responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
have someone set it up like HUble digital did for us!

What do you like best about the product?
Tickets can be created, assigned, and categorized in one place in an easy-to-use interface. So, in one place, it acts as a CRM, a marketing automation tool and also helps in assigning any support tickets efficiently so that actions can be viewed and taken in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be many more features that other competing tools have, which makes them a very comprehensive platform. The knowledge base could be further improved. More visibility into chatbot conversations could make life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved: Tracking tickets to closure as inbound inquiries are being created.
Benefits realized: 360 degree visibility and single pane of glass leading to better productivity

I best like the Hubspot deals, quotes, live chat, Tracking systems. I really happy to lead generate it's too beneficial to generate revenue.

I didn't dislike anything because the all the services provided which clients want. Also, Hubspot services support is too good.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing customer support data so much easier. Automation and self-service in customer support is great feature. Hubspot also makes it easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
More data analytics would be nicer to have. Nothing more specific to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage customer support operations and ticket management. This has helped increase overall customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all in one package to drive traffic, gain customers and turn leads into sales which ofcourse helps the company scale much better compared to a traditional model
What do you dislike about the product?
Not gonna lie, it's a bit pricey as dedicated tech support costs extra but it gets the job done and it's the tool that I need and prefer for my business. Excellent product.
