its an amazing tool but not super easy to learn, it could be easier to create a knowledge base

What do you like best about the product?
the functions and design options i like, its amazing how the key words work
What do you dislike about the product?
it was not always easy to find out at first glance how to create something. the menu navigation was not ideal. sometimes you had to switch back and forth between the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all questions are answered, which is ingenious and a great time saver for us. our customers can just click on the link and type in their question and find an answer there instead of sending us an email

Streamlined process for customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Tickets can be categorised and are easily tracked. All customer correspondence both current and historical is available at the push of a button. As well as email calls can also be recorded and tracked on hubspot so nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have multiple people working on the same tickets sometimes there is a multiple replies as you cannot see who is also working on the same query until it is too late. A feature saying 'properties are being updated by another user' would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of all queries from a business using the companies tab. This enables us to track if someone has requested a feature change in the absence of someone else. Eg the accountant requests a change in the absence of HR manager

The speed of information retrieval sometimes from AWS, but that is only on busy days.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is pleasant and the auto processes are very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not customizable in the UI - such as saved custom search and views on the ticketing management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign the ticket to a team and at the same time keep the ticket owner unchanged.
The ability to view tickets according to their status in columns.
The ability to create a custom view and get back to general view in just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indeed, reporting takes a few minutes to reflect what we have done. So I need to wait if there is any change on tickets. It is just this point that I have in my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We handle tickets quickly, increasing customer satisfaction by replying to customers once we receive a ticket. Ticket automation and getting notifications sent to team members for each action on their tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features, there is so much I can do in one place. Also, it is effortless to use, even for a beginner. Our clients have been satisfied with our Knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a feature to return to previous versions of your text if you mess up. I had to do this via feedback, and the whole process was a bit unpleasant and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The knowledge base is vital for our users; we can provide an easy-to-use database for problem shooting and client onboarding with simple tasks. We haven't quite used the tickets feature enough yet (we don't get tickets, people find most of the solutions in the knowledge base), but the times we did use it, it has also been a straightforward and effortless feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that is versatile and has all the features in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The NPS survey is what I liked the most! The bucketed responses based on the number scale are way better than guessing which ones are detractors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like the custom survey feature lacks more "freedom" in basically customizing the survey that one wants. I think adding some more customization elements would give users the freedom that they want in terms of customizing their surveys (Like in the NPS survey, there's a recurring survey send feature that's not in the custom survey)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love to see our clients give us constructive feedback through the Service Hub, which in the CSAT surveys it seems to have taken effect (Responses went up 10x our previous rate)! We'd love to see the same result (and more!) in the upcoming NPS surveys that we'll launch

What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base is very easy to use and is extremely intuitive. I have helped others use the platform shortly after learning how to use it myself. It is as easy if not easier to use than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for formatting and that the platform allowed manual coding within the articles. Previous platforms utilized allowed this and I was a bit upset that this wasn't an option on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many resource bases, how tos and learning based articles are what I have personally worked with. I really enjoy being able to see the stats and pull data on the usage of the articles and the frequency they are looked at and searched.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to make Support Center page myself.
even in basic course.
i can use with my colleagues who they aren't designer&developer. and also doesn't need hard explain to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't enough to make like my idea.
header's right side is same with footer's right side. even i don't need some function in footer.
also my site has very weird gaps in sns icons. (i can't setting the widths..)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it have to cut off header&footer's linking. i guess it might be make to easy the page, but actually it's too annoying me.
