It has a lot to offer and I'm looking forward to learning it all.
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the service section for customer service. I like how clear the layout is and it looks like I can optimise it so that the reporting is more in-depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were clearer how best to optimise the areas I use. Hubspot can help in so many areas that I get a bit lost sometimes.
Also, in the social media scheduling section, I wish you could add more than one photo for instagram.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accurately see areas that need to be investigated through ticket tags and reporting has been beneficial. It's also very efficient being able to schedule social media for all platforms in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat & that the team is readily available with loom videos
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the bot because I find my questions are a bit more involved but it's okay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we use a lot of the features in HubSpot and are learning new features all of the time. We have utilized the support team to assist us in exploring the features and troubleshooting our existing setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one spot. I can toggle between conversations with customers and service tickets all while creating and editing the knowledge base to mitigate their problems better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of data that I wish I had while working in service. For instance, it would be nice if chat transcripts were kept to see how the bot interacts with real customers. It would also be nice to see the difference between the chat discussions and general search features. If there were a way to link from our knowledge base to our website, that would be helpful too. SO a user can see an answer to their questions and then go directly to the site or blog as opposed to clicking a link in a FAQ article/]].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the tons of emails that we would have to go through if we didn't have the conversations tab. We have seen benefits in gauging customer satisfaction and better interaction with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are trying to improve your company's customer service profile, then HubSpot Service Hub is a great place to start. The knowledge base and feedback survey tools are very organized and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note! The tools HubSpot has built are amazing and will help you go above and beyond for your customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company with only a few customer service agents. The knowledge base helps us mitigate the call/email/chat volume so we can focus on growing our business.

Get it if you can! It will help you up your CS game.

I like the dashboards. It is advantageous to see all the information I need at one time. The info the system allows me to see makes my job so much easier, and it will enable me to see what my other team members are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find attachments like the signed quotes attached to the deals I am working. It would be cool if more in-depth surveys were added to my website.

We are trying to understand how users currently feel about our platform. This quick feedback too enables our team to understand where the gaps in our system are and how we can improve the experience.
