It isinteresting but a little bit difficult, also sometimes it stops working
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn, with practice you can learn how to use it and how to manage the things you learn. Also, I like that I can organic my emails easily and fastly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it has some mistakes, and sometimes I can not trust completely because the tickets do not open or something like that. Also, I do not like that sometimes the webpage is not working and we have to wait a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are that sometimes the tickets do not open when they should, also sometimes the ticket owner changes just because. Also, the benefits I have realized are that we can share emails easily with others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that it is a great tool, but you need to be patient because sometimes you cannot understand it as quickly as you would like to.

How fast they responded, and because I'm not very technical myself, they broke it down for me

that I couldn't call, I'm better when I can talk to people directly

Issues with contacts connecint to incorrect deals.
Excellent and easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with ticket management helps when handling an influx of queries. The live chat is a great tool and incorporates desktop notifications to ensure you don't miss anything
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticket management could be slightly more simplified. On occasion, downloading of reports can take some time to be generated. The overall user interface could be more simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's effortless to collaborate with team members using Hubspot. It helps us to work easier on projects and get input faster. We can manage a large workload easily

This is a very competitive platform, and certainly helps our organization manage communications with customer.

Incoming chats can't tell if its yours or someone else needs some kind of organization or color coding

One Source of Truth - Opportunity for Evolution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the cohesiveness and connectivity between sales and marketing. The opportunity to build appropriate playbooks and lists in conjunction to marketing initiatives is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislikes are simply coming across for a service desk specific platform - Intercom to be exact. There any many more unique elements that can be completed in Intercom for a support team - that said, Hubspot has opportunity to adapt. For our needs, we were not using Intercom to the full extent anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity between marketing and the support systems. Being able to see more information regarding customer pathways and the ability to go after expansion revenue more easily, due to data transparency.
A powerful tool for organizations big and small
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ticket pipelines to manage customer interactions and internal processes. It's also great that you can sync incoming tickets to other tools like Asana or Slack to better manage the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a dislike! I'm so glad we switched to Hubspot Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our external interactions are now handled within one easy to use system. We have notes and past ticket information on any individual which is so helpful for our roles.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this product is having some things that I dislike, But it requires a few enhancements.
1. Like I integrated Hubspot with My Gmail but while sending Emails which is having more than 10 people in cc it could not be tracked...!!
2. Sometimes I also faced an issue after integrating Hubspot with my Gmail, While Composing Emails which is having more than 10 people in cc. My Gmail shows disconnected from the internet, but other apps are working fine at the same time.

There are so many features that I am using day to day life and are very likely to be used,
1. Call log feature is excellent, I can track all the call logs from our employees and colleagues to track activities.
2. Meeting logging feature is also very good so that I can track all the meetings with our customers from our employees and colleagues to track.
3. I can track each and every email (Provides me better visibility), Email Opens, Not replied emails, and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
Feature FR/EN and the possibilities to share in both languages
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a lot of clicks before access the section we are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a Release notes that could be shared with our clients. A template with Hubspot has been selected and it fits very well our needs.
