Best CRM, 1yr update

What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the most fluid CRM I've used so far; the interface is super intuitive and easy to get a grip on once you start using it. Comparing to others CRM i've used this one is for sure my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, but extra personalization would be appreciated. Everything works properly so far throughout my experience; less loading time is also an excellent idea to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing the treatment of multiple customers, answering emails, uploading protocols, appointing deliveries having control of my work productivity, and organizing the steps of production..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organize your dashboard so you can estipulate goals and work on them.

Hubspot Service Hub tools have been working great for our young startup

What do you like best about the product?
2 big things: The configurability of the live chat and bot chat options are very strong, and the ease of using and updating the knowledge base has helped us set up our users for a good onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base could benefit with an improved level of customization. Functionality is is fantastic, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to offer our users excellent and responsive service via the chat widgets available as well as provide them with easily updateable and navigable knowledge articles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Service Hub is a great contender for best all-in-one service platform.

Easy to configure but with some limitations

What do you like best about the product?
The way to publish an article or remove an article from published, as well as the restricted access features. Also, the articles are easily configurable. Also very useful to link pages/urls/documents
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The formatting work of an article is limited. 2. Adding files/documents to the article all nee to go through a file upload on Hubspot first. This makes the managing of the files very difficult, since we have our on Drives/Box/etc where we keep the latest versions (for each change we do, we need to re-upload the file on Hubspot). 3. There is no change tracking possibility when collaborating on articles. 4. The end user UX of the knowledge base is not optimal. When inside a topic, to browsing through all articles is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a page for FAQs, sharing of knowledge/files, giving extra information/input next to the manual, and sharing tips and tricks for end users of our Platform and Service.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to effectively and efficiently obtain answers to questions and general information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little written information; the majority of the training revolves around videos. Occasionally, an article would be preferable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a very basic knowledge of CRM systems, nearly all my problems are solved via the service hub, and all aspects learned I would consider to be a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is like the Jack of all Trades when it comes to CRM Platforms. It has a little bit of everything for everyone-- from customer support, sales, and marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of A/B Testing on lower-tier packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all of your marketing, sales, and customer service data in one place. It's a big deal for us. Being able to create a report that’s able to look at your customers across their entire customer journey - from the first time they landed on your website to their interactions with your support team. It's a win-win.

Life saving tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view everyone's tickets. It is so helpful to not only collaborate with people from the same department. We actually use Hubspot for every activity in our department. It is combined with Outlook, and it is a perfect system that provides an easy way to check historical data and conversations without intrusion or effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was pretty confusing at first. Also, new accounts in my company don't have a couple of valuable attributes showing by default, such as ticket ID, ticket status, etc., when they view tickets. These must be set up to show up. They are hidden away on the left pane when you click on a ticket anyway, so I think all attributes should show up by default. Fortunately, this only takes a few seconds :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved communications speed in our organization massively. Its usefulness not only increases workflow by at least 25% to 50% on most days, but it provides ease of access and mind for our engineers.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly interface, snippets and templates
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more connected to the outside world. If I want to get an answer for the customer from someone in the company who doesn't use HB, they should be able to access the thread and reply (with limited access)
Knowledge base has very limited editability - we cant even increase the font size, and its tiny.
Limited functions of chat bots
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whole Customer Service, from form to live chat. Good to have everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The way things are intercalated. For example, I can choose which company to assign to a ticket, and which contacts. And I can easily find that ticket in the company afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something it gets too slow when searching things in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of features from Hubpost. The most used by me is tickets where we track emails from our clients. It's great that we can send emails from Gmail and using the hubspot extension it gets tracked in the ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use; it provides a functional service that allows for our team to produce high-quality support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is less customizable software on the knowledge base. I wish that this was easier to apply our branding and styling to.

We solve customer queries daily and allow our automation to help our customers find the support they need.
