The Service I never Knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
Its platform integration and Automation.

Slow at times, and glitches here and there

We have solved many customer-facing and sales related issues such as response times, service communication and many more by using Hubspot as a "HUB" for all our needs, it has essentially eased our work load
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Book a demo first. Each business has its own needs and requirements. What we found helpful may not be for you. Always check your option. Hubspot is a good choice, though!

We appreciate the helpful knowledge base and quick access to live agents when needed.

I wish we could easily add more knowledge bases to our account, but the one we currently use is a great tool.

Building the end-user knowledge base has been easy and customizable. The knowledge base has been a great added value to our system, saving our user and customer success team time.

We are trying to make our ticket pipeline more streamlined and it makes it easier for everyone to see the problems at the same time and troublshoot together

The ticket feature is fantastic and allows great cross-functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the backbone of our operations. I particularly love the ability to create a knowledge base on our company website. On top of that, I can also break down the views and engagement of said base in very detailed, customizable reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to get in touch with someone to handhold through some of the integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot for the knowledge base, meaning that we can provide our workers will endless amount of information. The inbox feature for ease of communication. And we love the simple and easy to use means of creating marketing campaings for both workers, investors, future prosepects and internal comms. Having everything under one roof has been lifesaving!
Easy to use - fits better to B2B/tech companies
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use and set up. There's no need to know to code, therefore the team, no matter skill levels, can understand how to use properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how inflexible everything is - due to the Hub being so easy to understand, there is too little room for personal configuration.

We can track emails and issues and build reports to see the team's performance.

Solves the back nd forth with customers through phone, e-mail and chat. It's really beneficial to have it all in one place.

Go ahead and purchase it, it will certainly be a big improvement

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is having access to all tools HubSpot provides in one place. In just a few clicks, I can navigate from Tickets to Dashboards and Reports or work on the company Knowledge Base. Customer service is always very helpful, fast, and uses out-of-the-box thinking to find solutions to problems that might occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of, all my experience with HubSpot has been positive, and I can only recommend it to other companies as well.

Benefits stem from the clear structure of HubSpot objects, which makes data quality maintenance an easy job for me.
