Powerful, useful and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Ticket management and Reports Dashboard are very informative. The number of reports it can generate in different views gives a good Idea about where we are at. It saves the draft of the email when you accidently end the tab. The chat queue management setting is a useful feature to manage the team.
The email tracking gives accurate information about the email opening by the clients which is very useful. Every field can be edited in the ticket section and the privacy feature to disallow access to certain aspects of the ticket is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat inbox is a bit laggy sometimes when used with extensions. The team management windows need to be refreshed manually, it would be good it would auto-update every 30 seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technical aspect of the software is the main function that we try to support by using hubspot. The need for realtime support to fix technical issues and be able to provide Prompt service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Ticketing system because I can follow and update my clients about their issues.
also, I like the knowledge base part because I have now guidelines for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I faced some issues related to organizing KB articles

I found some difficult to organize KB categories

What do you like best about the product?
I use hubspot mainly for ticketing and support options. I appreciate how it provides context to conversations by making it easy to figure out who you're talking to and find relevant prveious information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox feels rather messy and I find myself replying to emails from the Tickets tab a lot more often. It feels a bit like a "general" bin at times, but I'm not sure what could be done to make it better. I'm ok with the ticket module as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot made it easier for me to follow up on outstanding issues and communicate with customers that require technical assistance to use our software. It made my actual inbox (where those questions were previously going to) much less messy. I can reply quicker and never forget to respond.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can feel kind of overwhelming at first, but when you realise you don't need to use everything, you can get into a flow pretty easily

Missing is a proper sales module in Sales Hub Professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integrations and core functionalities. HubSpot provides very a 360 range of solutions for handling contacts, funnels, Marketing activities, Service operations, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited functionalities of the Sales Navigator Integration. Not being able to send inMails in batchs is a drawback.

Funneling customers requests and identifying potential leads

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool for startup businesses because it has a very user-friendly environment and is very easy to use for new beginners and easy deployment. Service hub has a variety of great services for issuing ticketing and providing chat widgets to the customers and also support is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing negative to say about Hubspot...

Internal communication and ownership on tickets, as well as tracking the flow of a client and his ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
1.) We can create templates and snippets easily.
2.) It is not hard to navigate
3.) Features are very simple and user friendlly.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.) It is hard to track previous emails using keywords
2.) When I reply back to the email, the font & size will change.
3.) There is no "recall" button unlike outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.

The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the best Customer Relationship Management System I've ever known. Being in the industry for years, its features are remarkable. Its customer service function is my favorite feature of Hubspot. The timely and equal assignment of email to numerous team members makes our work efficient and effective. It helps us to focus on all of our emails and to make sure everything is organize. The Templates and Snippets also makes us reply in a faster way. The Tickets functions also helps us know if all of our emails are answered and resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't see anything that I don't like in Hubspot. Everything is working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is efficient and effective CRM. I did not encounter any problem with Hubspot and the price we pay is worth it. The Analytics Report makes us see how productive we are in solving our clients problems and answering their inquiries.
