What do you like best about the product?
I love the marketing and social aspects. Being able to implement social media posts all at once. Super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could colour code the deals based on stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with social media scheduling and managing jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team is excellent. Always consult them when you get stuck.

Service Hub is great however it needs some work when you put as many users as we have on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it enables marketing and service to be on the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to manage users. We have over 200 users in Service Hub and at that scale, we need more permissions and overall control over users's abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to data that marketing had and also the ability to control the customer experience end to end versus marketing having their piece and then Ops having their communucation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to buy into HubSpot's flywheel and realize the importance of the Customer Experience. If you do, and you want a tool to help you create and monitor your Customer Experience from beginning to end, HubSpot and Service Hub is the best. Especially if you already use the Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool to help with workflow, you can do everything you need to give the best elements to your clients. The ticketing portion is awesome makes it super easy. And easy to see all the customers information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app need improvement and maybe some more features added to the ticketing system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing customer issues in a fast and timely matter.

Hubspot is the GOAT

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that Hubspot is the best place for service teams to really share their customer interactions with the whole team. On my team we utilize task queues to work through engaging contacts, we also log calls and emails on a given contact page, and we effectively sort our people into lists for email campaigns. The template function allows us to easily communicate with a variety of situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing negative to say about Hubspot...if anything, the negatives only come from my company's lack of complete use, which can lead to using different technologies to do what Hubspot already can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automate several processes in the onboarding process when it comes to making check-in calls, integrating them into software in stages, and getting them signed up for what the first steps are. It's also been awesome getting the team coordinated on our efforts with different task queues, and having them bounce from workflow to workflow as they deepen their relationship with us has made old difficult things ten times easier.

Great Hub but not for Everyone

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great feature and tool for those who will utilize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has no need for this specific hub and therefore doesn't utilize it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently aren't using the Service Hub to solve anything, but we can recognize the value of having a nice and simple support ticket management system for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the automation as well as the task function. You can basically group the customers and then target different groups with different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automation might take a while to fill out all the fields and that could cost some time. Also, the breakdown is quite frustrating when some urgent issues need to be taken care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just day-to-day customer interactions. It is really easy to use and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a simple customer service solution that can provide basic functionality for any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot service hub is only the bare bones of what a Customer Service platform needs to be. It doesn't do nearly all it needs to for really guiding customers to a successful outcome. It's very basic and won't last you long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing and communicating bugs to our tech team is huge. The benefit of creating a ticket and having it appear on a Customer Support Engineer's ClickUp board streamlines support.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless connector that streamlines our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in, the Remember Me option could be improved but doesn't detract from the app itself.

I was looking for a way for my team to respond to client inquiries and yet keep all conversations in one place within the CRM, Hubspot Service Hub does that for us.

Best Customer Support Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It has a user-friendly interface and provides many beneficial tools for start-ups. Companies can follow the status of the customer support department very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not assign tickets to a specific person automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a pipeline to follow our customer support actions. With e-mail templates, surveys or dashboards we have improved the performance of our customer support department.

A Powerful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Great internal communication tool. Hubspot provides solid visibility to track activity across a sales and service org. Find it much more user-friendly than other CRMs from a UI perspective. The integrations are extensive. I'm excited to try out the new SMS features and link those into workflows and other automated channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls come at you quite quickly when first getting familiar with the platform. There are a few very basic features that are lacking when it comes to reporting, such as cataloging TCV that doesn't coincide with MRR/ARR, and the ability to view when a quote is paid. Simple things like writing a description for a property group defined as "other" isn't even possible. Some feedback tickets like these have gone unaddressed in the Hubspot community for years in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating transparency through our sales organization. Our team is able to stay on track with the necessary tasks to meet sales goals and collaborate cross-functionally between departments. Hubspot also serves as our source of truth and resource hub for our marketing and sales materials, allowing reps to sell confidently. It ensures our team always has the most up-to-date access to the tools they need to be successful.
