What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use Hubspot, the features allows you to keep track of all customer communication, and activity with leads. I also love the task reminder notifications, perfect to remind you for follow ups, and logging emails + calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Company profiles will only allow you to link one contact. It does not work well when you log emails with a contact who is associated with multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem is the ability to link an email contact with multiple companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a simple, easy to use CRM, Hubspot is a great tool!

What do you like best about the product?
We love that HubSpot includes not only marketing automation, but an entire CS suite including ticketing to their Sales Nav. to help grow our sales org.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have it nearly everything you need but lack small functionality componants that makes a big impact. For example, HS lacks time settings between emails which can damage domain authority if not micromanaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped us remove so many software applications and bring them all into one suite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy and make a commitment. Without a strong commitment their are much cheaper solutions

Hubspot Service Hub is a great fit within the Hubspot Ecosystem

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features I need and integrates seamlessly with other Hubspot tools
What do you dislike about the product?
While it integrates best with Hubspot, it can sometimes be difficult to sync with other tools. I also wish things were a bit more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a neverending list of support tickets/client needs. This helps us stay organized, effectively communicate with out clients, and focus on delivering a stellar customer experience
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are thinking about your tech stack with a long-term view. Always consider tools that can scale with you - transitioning to new software is always a headache!

What do you like best about the product?
They respond in minutes, not hours. They always have solutions that make it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a 1-800 number you could call when you have a simple question that is not easy to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always hated used CRMs, but Hubspot its easy and integrates well with Gmail.

Great service for a Great Price

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and easy to get others to learn the CRM and how to followup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tools that could be used in the starter package or an a la cart buying possibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now logging leads, following up better with each and creating appointments. The benefits have been amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth using if you're looking to grow in sales.

Bringing it all together for a small business

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily link active and archived tickets with companies and contacts is beneficial for managing our customer interactions. As the sales/customer experience lead, I can instantly see how our tech support and service people have managed recent inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only downside has been getting management on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating responses to service requests and being able to share timelines and actions with various people in the organization.

Great solutions for Small Business

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using the live chat funcation on our website. For myself, I had four different groups of email templates set up, which saved me a lot of time typing the most frequent communications between customers. The meeting schedule is a game-changer. I no longer need to chase people down to set up a meeting. I just sent the meeting link, and it's done!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to set up the templates & connect to your phone. Hubspot's do have a lot of training videos to guide you through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all about time management and using the HubSpot service hub to assist some of the repetitive task I need to do for communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The deals pipeline is easy to manage, the reporting is very detailed, and the integrations are easy to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
We're on a paid plan but so many seemingly basic features are blocked by an upgrade to the next pay level which is $1000+ per month...
I would prefer to pay for the features we want

What do you like best about the product?
The integration continues to be seamless. It's impossible to tell where the CRM ends and the Service Hub starts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tickets can now be created, edited and viewed in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was losing track of open customer issues. I now have a dashboard that shows me open tickets, and now I can't lose visibility of open problems. I'm can also check for issues seen across multiple customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you have your CRM and service hub set up, get the plugin for your email. Then you add tickets right from your inbox. Also connect your google calendar to hubspot so you can see open tasks on your calendar.
