Best Unified API Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Merge's observability dashboard and customer success team. It helps our customer success team answer and triage questions for customers much more quickly than if we had built the integration in-house. We also use their custom fields feature quite extensively.
Whenever we have questions, their customer success team is extremely reliable and technical. They can really help us out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but we'd love for Merge to cover more categories!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building integrations and maintaining them is a huge pain. It's great to have a partner that fully owns this, so that we can prioritize building our core product.
One Stop Shop for Integrating all the systems in Any Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use it and integrate it . And it provides various features to get data from various platforms. Very easy handful guide of how to get it implemented for end customer .
What do you dislike about the product?
Till the part we have used it for our purpose i didn't found anything that is wrong in this platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping to solve the probelm of integrating various different portals of a company in single place to get the whole insight of the organisation and we can link the various different data on unified platform to get the value out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of a previously very complex matter, writing and maintaining multiple API connections. Customer Support is great and implementation was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more access to test environments on the HRIS side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small startup, we would have to cancel some of our deals if it were not for Merge - since we could not write and maintain multiple HRIS connections at the moment.
Excellent Merge Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy working with the Merge Team they are super helpful and responsive. The system so far has proven to be easy to use and if I do get stuck our account reps and solutions consultant are always at hand to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some slight improvements could be made to the UI and the SAP integration in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting HRIS sysem using the unified API this takes away 90% to 95% of development work from us. The new SFTP release now gives us wider implementation options.

What do you like best about the product?
As a product/CX leader, working with the Merge team has been awesome. They are responsive, attentive to issues, receptive to feedback, and constantly improving their offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to do with the Merge team/product specifically, but more of a meta point on building integrations in-house vs. using Merge/3P: when there is a data issue with one of our end-users, there can be additional coordination overhead to liase between Merge/3P, the end-user, and our support/data team, to ultimately resolve the issue.

APIs for HRIS/Payroll, Accounting, CRMs etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Merge's people are awesome and very knowledgable - they help us get on-boarded quickly and it was easy to setup and get my team onboarded. Their dashboard is amazing and ability to customize data syncs and connections is incredibly helpful. From the start I've appreciated their attention to detail on security and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not about Merge but the unified API industry is diffucult. You need to do your research ahead of time and find a good fit for your use case. Merge had a lot that really helped our organization focus more on our core business high value features for our customers and less on integration code. If their data model works for you business cases I highly recommend them!

Saving our developers from writing integration code.
Merge is the best way to integrate with other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Merge for a year and a half to allow us to offer integrations with our customers HRIS. Their API's are super easy to work with, and are easily on the same level as Stripe, if not better. We managed to launch our integrations in under a week. Any issues we've had with data syncing have been promptly resolved by the Merge team. Overall, I hightly recommend using Merge. Great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside with Merge is that it's not cheap. But it's also the best on the market for HRIS integrations, with a fantastic development experience and some of the best customer support going.

Merge allows us to integrate with 40+ HR plaforms, using one easy to use API.
Great idea, mediocare execution, bad support
What do you like best about the product?
Merge offers a great concept, that is supposed to save a lot of engineering hours, instead of developing native integrations you can just use a unified API to connect multiple integrations at the same time.
They offer many unified APIs across different integration types, and we started implementing one of them, that is in beta for a while now.
They are PLG, so you can start small and expand if you see value.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the initial integration was relatively simple, our customers started to see issues connecting their systems to our platform via Merge.
Their support team is not responsive, and we remain speechless in front of our customers (who can't use our integrations because of that).
They keep asking us to upgrade to a higher tier, but since the support we are asking for is fundamental to the use of their product, it doesn't resonate well with future expansions.

Save engineering effort of developing native integrations, with a Unified API to get 5 integrations at the time of 1.
Best Unified API Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Merge is very easy to setup and has all the integrations that are required for our customers. The customer support team is always avaialble to answer questions and fix any issues that may come up. They go as far as joining our customer calls for more complicated integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it had a built in rules based system that could filter data coming across from integrations.

Merge allows us to integrate with multiple HRIS systems without having to worry about the details of every integration.
First rate product
What do you like best about the product?
Merge’s Integrations are first rate. The APIs and dashboards are user-friendly. Documentation is excellent. And the support team is awesome – remarkably responsive and can help us trobleshoot issues in real time.
