Great solution for ATO prevention

What do you like best about the product?
Users are challenged based on a machine learning model and which optimizes did fraud prevention and reduces friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires front end integration. In some cases the apis are called directly and Arkose requires front end integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bot reduction and Fraud prevention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We tried and testing multiple solutions and Arksoe is the best in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The puzzles presented in the event of suspicion are more humanly easier to read. Arkose provides a comprehensive console to monitor activity on integrated sites. The monitors are highly visual, with quick views of issues as they are detected. Support is great and highly responsive/knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to read the results of the monitors if more detailed view is required. Usually, this involves reaching out to Arkose support for assistance (which isn't difficult).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced the current Bot protections for login with Arkose Labs. The benefits are decreased customer complaints, more clear challenges in the event of suspicion, and greater event manageability through the console.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Become familiar with the information provided in the console. Arkose provides a comprehensive console to monitor activity on integrated sites. The monitors are highly visual, with quick views of issues as they are detected.

What do you like best about the product?
Novel tech-forward approach to reducing bot attacks with fewer false positives than re-CAPTCHA
What do you dislike about the product?
Latency for the solution has occasionally been an issue, though there have been significant improvements recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking automated bot attacks, reducing ATO and brute force attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Arkose plays an essential role in enabling our teams to focus on defending our customers. They have consistently improved over time across the offerings and reliability. Their support has been great, including helping us understand an issue we saw on our side clearer—great partner, looking forward to the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy seeing continued investments in monitoring and reporting to help us understand and make better and deeper decisions in near real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer account protection, being able to focus on other problems knowing your partners have your back is a blessing.

They are there when you need them the most

What do you like best about the product?
Arkose plays an essential role in protecting Dropbox against attacks but, more importantly, plays a critical part in our customer experience. The service is reliable and scalable and has significant improved its latency. What I respect the most about our partnership is that they are there to troubleshoot with you when you need them. They worked with us closely to address an error that we initially thought was related to Arkose but ended up being on our side. It is easy to provide a good experience when things go well, but what makes a difference is being there when things go south. Arkose didn't drop the ball, and thanks to that, we provide a much better experience now. I hope they maintain this quality as they grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Arkose still needs to improve monitoring in a more advanced way than their availability dashboard. For instance, I am looking forward to an API endpoint that provides real-time monitoring and the capability to configure your alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They play an essential role in preventing large-scale bot and account takeover attacks. They have been able to scale to our needs and stop the majority of attacks against us.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Arkose is the simple and friendly user experience it presents to the genuine users who may get categorized as potential fraud. I have not seen a better, "fun" experience in any of the other CAPTCHA options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards and reporting offered by Arkose Labs still leave a lot to be desired. It is not very easy to guage a simple funnel of clicked, passed, failed, and the categorization of each item based on IP country or type of threat. Whereas even a simple downloadable file would help demonstrate the impact of Arkose, what we have is a rather confusing graphic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in fraudulent card applications

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to integrate and does a great job of identifying valid user logins and creates tough challenges to the user when it detects fraud signals.
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of. At times its sensitive which is common with all fraud tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving for device fraud and bot user onboarding.

Ingenious yet simple

What do you like best about the product?
Arkose has managed to disrupt a field that has been seriously under served. Fraudsters have access to the same sophisticated tools as large companies, and they have time to crack the static roadblocks that were being thrown at them. "friction" becomes fun to the genuine customer in the gamified challenges presented, but a nightmare to machines.

Also love their really unique style of customer engagement, non-invasive sales style and amazing account management team. From the outside it feels like a really flat org structure where the whole team know each other and the leadership team actively participate in client meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any to note. Would love to see an expanded offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraudsters using programmatic strategies to crack accounts are no match for the dynamic challenges Arkose throw at them. It reduces a highly skilled and scaled fraud shop to manual efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated their product for our fraud prevention needs and it reduced our signup fraud rate significantly. Also, enjoyed engaging with the team as they deeply listen to the customer needs and try their best to come up with a proposed solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints so far and I like how they don't keep pestering you:)
