good tool but not good enough

easy learning and using in the beginning, even for someone for dosnt have any it background
offers also tools to get the difficult part, which other tool not allows to do it

What do you dislike about the product?
- learning curve after beginning phase starts to be quite difficult to find enough dokumentation or written instruction
- SQL conection with Postgre not well, need extra work
-mapping /metadata not easy to make for XML or JSON

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reading zipped csv from Email and mapped them and at the end load it into a intern database
