Excellent DIY survey and panel management tool for its package
What do you like best about the product?
The platform was designed for users who are both experienced in doing DIY and newbies alike. Its platform management is also easy to learn and use. Most of all, its extremely cost-effective since its package is not based on no. of responses or surveys but to the panel size, which means you need to ensure that your panel is active and you can have good productivity. Customer support of PH team is also helpful and creative in coming up with ways how to make the survey work for our requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still web-based so sometimes it misses on saving the progress, especially when you are masking choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we have a lot of DIY studies, which would be very expensive if done by an agency.
Easy To Use Surveying Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest selling point to me is the speed of response. With Alida, we are able to quickly survey our audience and get insights soon after.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we have with Alida is the quality of user responses. Sometimes it feels people do not put a lot of effort into the surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida provides insights to guide a variety of internal teams, including marketing, innovation, programming, and product.
An excellent experience with Alida
What do you like best about the product?
I love the overall experience with Alida. The platform is incredibly user friendly and intuitive. It makes naviagting the process easy allowing you to work smarter not harder. Beyond the the Alida platform itself, Alida has the best customer success reps. I am so grateful for all the support that they constantly provide. They are thorough, detail oriented and quick to respond.

Alida benefits our team across many different business areas including monitoring the companies brand health, helping to establish marketing strategies, getting quick pulses on the current state of the industry, and more
Simple but Robust tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is quite simple in use yet effective for working on the surveys and creating visually appealing reports for analysis.
The GUI is very user friendly and easy to understand.
The training videos are also very informative, which a new user can review and learn by their own without getting any exclusive training.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are couple of setups which are not feasible in Alida to create which we usually receive in our surveys, like if we need to create an open end question along with a checkbox single option question (I.e. Don't know) in such a way to make both of these mutually exclusive. This is not looking feasible.
2. In Alida it is not looking feasible to enable one of their powerful feature of adding scripting in the questions for every user. I would suggest that a company admin should have authority to enable that powerful feature of some of their users if needed. If they enable this feature then it will ne more easy to customize the questions more effectively.

Able to meet most of our survey Programming and Reporting needs.
Overall good experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively easy to use. They are always adding new features. The Account - Customer success manageers are typically quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer success manageers dont seem to stay long in the position. Every year or so, there is a new one and have to rebuild relationships. The analytics platform has lot of bugs from data not syncing correctly to constantly requiring you to save dashboard so that you dont lose work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida is helping us get customer feedback, satisfaction, and various other feedbackon on services we offer.
Comprehensive Profiling
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build comprehensive profiles about respondents. The platform is intuitive to use. The tech support team is exceptional at providing a quick response that addresses the issue at hand - along with supporting documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequently, Tech support is not readily available. You must leave a message and they'll call back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping clients move consumer feedback in more decisions throughout the organization.
Great platform to engage our members for rapid-fire feedback on a variety of topics.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and offers a variety of features and functions. They proactively manage the 'heavy lift' of the community implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Alida positively manages community support role transitions, these changes are made at least once a year or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform allows us to engage members and obtain feedback by conducting A/B testing, concept/message testing, satisfaction surveys, product launch, and rebranding studies. Results and key insights, recommendations and detailed findings help inform the business and monthly community sharebacks let our members know how we have used the insights to help create change and/or innovate.
Great platform for hosting a research panel!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have quick and easy access to survey my customers. The survey tool is mostly easy to use and I'm able to export results quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis tool is slow and finicky, so we often don't use it. Sometimes the programming drag and drop tool can also be a bit tricky.

Improving adequate product with tremendous support team
What do you like best about the product?
The level of support we receive is amazing. Love that I can connect with someone via phone, chat, or email and will get a reply well within 24 hours. I also have complete trust in our customer success team. Our bi-weekly meetings are productive and keep me properly informed. As a brand admin of Alida for my organization, I often need to create user accounts and provide assistance early on to those who may not be as familair with survey platforms. I find Alida to be somewhat user friendly with a simple userface that helps me guide new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lot of turnover early on. Once I got familiar with our support team, it felt like there would be an inevitable change. While the survey platform and community hubs are decent, there are plenty of missing capabilities that can be frustrating. While I appreciate they are willing to hear customers' ideas for innovating their platforms, I wish certain features were already set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida allows my organization to recieve feedback from various internal and external audiences to help guide our business objectives and strategies. In my specific role as a research analyst, Alida provides me with the ability to offer expedited, low cost, and targeted research options for our marketing strategists. I rely heavily on their online communities and survey platform to meet the needs of our senior leaders.
Great tool to run surveys targeted to very specific set of participants
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the UI is mostly intuitive. Survey building process is very easy. Allows you to test the email deployment before sengind out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analysis tool and ways to view and work with the results data can be improved. For example, for stack ranking, it just spits out the results without weighting the responses so there is no easy way to understand that which item was ranked the highest. I cannot just take the report and use it, it needs expert knowledge to make sense out of it.

Being able to quickly put together and deploy surveys and get answers at scale.
