Alida - The Perfect Partner
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they pay attention to the smaller customer and that they understand that relationships are central to forming a good partnership. They didn't just sell us a product and then disappeared. They are with me as much today as they were at inception, possibly even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a platform that I can see has lots of capabilities but I don't think Alida always talks about the things you can get, that you don't currently have. We should always be made aware of what's out there and what we could do with those tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with our Otter Voice community and helping us get the surveys out on time, with relevant content, constructed in ways to get actionable feedback from the customer. We are expanding our solution with them to include 5 embedded touchpoints and also working on a CSAT transactional survey with them. They are helping us grow our in our CX roles and helping us understand the customer journey.
Cost Competitive Solution - User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the platform is that it is very easy to program and test surveys with a good variety of question types, survey logic, and page elements.

What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel of the survey designs could be improved somewhat. I do not always find every question type fits nicely on one page, which can create an awkward survey experience for survey takers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida creates a platform for us to create an online community of customers we can regularly engage with to improve product improvements and change.

I like that we can quickly get feedback from our actual customers which is really important to ensure we are hitting the mark as we develop products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more usability testing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking the work out of recruiting customers and it makes our job easier and quicker.
Great Support and Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Passed a very stringent legal review in a difficult category . The speed that you can answer questions with the panel is terrific. Customer success support is unparallellled. Always showing me new ways to use the platform and integrate with other tools in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not Alida's fault but we are a low resourced department and we've had trouble recruiting a full panel.

Marketing messaging, experience enhancement and new products

What do you like best about the product?
Alida helps us "accomplish more with less". We're all faced with budget limitations and economic headwinds. We've been able to continue to serve the needs of our business with customer insights for product development and innovation with our Alida tools and one person managing them. Saves time and money over sourcing external firms for one-off projects, and helps us be client focused in how we build and prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tend to be up-sold with every new cabability and innovation. This makes sense to a certain extent, and shows how they are continuing to evolve their tools which is something you want from a technology partner. But it would be nice to not have to keep going back to finance every year for more and more $

Client insights, usability research, voice of the customer surveys, client advisory boards, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed that Alida is here to help me, we have weekly meetings that add value and help me to build and engage my community. The platform is very user friendly. Any time that I have needed techniacl support, the team is prompt in their response and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. All interactions have been succesful and I don't have any opportunities.

Alida is helping provide a survey platform that allows us to get near realtime VOC feedback that we use to make changes on certain prodcuts.
Does what you need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
Alida makes it super easy to have quick touchpoints with our customers. It's so simple to program and send out a survey using Alida and managing the platform is incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I feel that Alida is great for producing simple surveys, it is not a great platform for more complex programming. In order to do things such as equal distribution templates, you need to use Power Surveys and many Alida support technicians are not trained well on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida help us connect with customers in quick, informal touchpoints. We are able to ask more about what brands they want at our company, what's currently on their mind, and how we can improve our assortment.
Incredible team, great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's a combination of the entire team; from my sales person to the implementation team, to the technical experts and our day-to-day service lead, to the Alida platform itself. Everyone has been helpful, proactive, knowledgeable, eager to jump in, and friendly. The platform is easy to use and has numerous capabilities. It seems like whenever I ask whether it has XYZ capability, the answer is yes. If not, the team works with us to achieve our goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing that I have been disappointed with - it's all been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom research that we cannot get elsewhere and housing everything in one platform for cross-referencing and ease-of-use. We are not a national brand so it can be difficult to get local and regional information on our customers and our category. With Alida, we are able to ask whatever questions we want to various regions in the US that we cannot find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hold respondent data, have an interactive hub for those members and send emails to them in one tool. I love using profile variables as it helps up narrow down our activities
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sparq survey tool is very limited - we often program surveys outside of Alida so we can control the styling of questions through html and css. Also, a multi response grid that forces one response per question is not an available question type

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a place where our CRM members can voluntarily opt in to participating in research that is conducted in house, which would not be possible without a tool like Alida. We are able to do a decent amount of research at no cost to our business partners because this community is available

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that using Alida is for the most part user friendly and makes survey development easier. I think the community aspect is great and allows our brand to connect and bring value to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this is in the works but I would love to see that simplicity and ease brought over to data visualization. It would be great to visualize trending data specifically and the ability to include weighting that is already in survey reports.

Alida helps us to develop and field multiple studies in a short time frame while making data analysis easier for us through reports. This helps with the speed of our output and keeps all of that work in a centralized place.
