What is our primary use case?
My team is using Alida for customer interviews in order to collect feedback and quickly analyze the outcomes and get insights from them.
We start calling the customer, asking them the standardized questions that are suggested by Alida, and we then collect the feedback integrated with Bedrock and use generative AI in order to get insights from them.
What is most valuable?
Probably the best features Alida offers are the possibility to calculate, to analyze feedback, and calculate insights.
The possibility to create an automatically dashboard stands out to me when I mention analyzing feedback and calculating insights.
Alida is well integrated with the AWS ecosystem, in particular with Bedrock, which makes it easier to use.
Alida has impacted my organization positively so far; it is really easy to conduct interviews and it allows us to save a lot of time.
I think we can save more than 50% of time for each interview using Alida.
What needs improvement?
I have no information so far on how Alida can be improved because we have been using it as early adopters.
I would appreciate it if it were even easier to define questions that can be provided to the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Alida has made it incredibly simple for our team to gather and act on customer feedback. The interface is intuitive, even for non-technical users, and we use it almost daily to stay connected to our audience. The integration with our CRM was painless, and the onboarding support was excellent. I also appreciate how customizable the surveys are — it helps us target specific customer segments effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup took longer than expected, and the UI could be a bit more modern in some areas. However, those are minor issues compared to the overall value we’re getting from the platform

We needed a more effective way to engage with our customer base and gather actionable insights. Alida has solved that by making it easy to launch targeted surveys and track sentiment over time. This has improved our decision-making and allowed us to build stronger relationships with our users.
Alida makes connecting with customers a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Alida makes it so easy to connect with and learn from customers. From quick surveys to live interviews, Aldia simplifies the process of getting in touch with customers to hear their feedback and perspectives. The customer service and account support is great - Schuyler is an amazing resource who helps me get the most out of my customer community via Alida.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI and how easy it is to change surveys on the fly. The different questions also allows us to gain a plethora of information from our testers who often have trouble explaining their feedback due to not knowing all the footwear lingo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to delete surveys once they have been opened. I also don't like not being able to take people off of tests once I've added them to a test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida allows our testers to articulate themselves in a way that provides us with thorough data while also still being easy for them to fill out. We have struggled in the past with the response rate of our testers and Alida has provided us different avenues to solve this issue such as QR Codes directly connected to surveys and the email reminder function.
Good platform for quant research and UX
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to script simple & medium surveys on self serve. User experience is good for clients when scripting surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to adapt to requests and development changes, takes to long to develop anything, AI is not present enough on the platform, in key areas.

Allows us to host communities and to offer our clients a self serve environmnet

What do you like best about the product?
Alida is so easy to use. I find it very intuitive when it comes to creating and loading a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in what Alida can do at the back end. Drawbacks are when you are not too sure about particular scripting for questions. I have found staff are not always aware of how to complete more complex conditions.

As an Insights specialist we use Alida to answer questions from all areas of our company.

I love the built-in support system Alida has for all of its partners. They are one of the most responsive companies I have ever worked with, which really makes us feel valued/

Alida still has some work to do to play on the same field as a Qualtrics. I'd like to see more capabilities for building out crosstabs and dashboards.

Great plaform for gathering deep insgights
What do you like best about the product?
I've had the pleasure of using Alida for several projects, and I'm consistently impressed by its capabilities. Alida has become an invaluable tool in our quest to deliver actionable consumer insights to our clients.
What stands out most about Alida is its intuitive interface, robust reporting features, flexible community platform and advanced analytics. The real-time reporting dashboard allows us to quickly identify trends and share key findings with our clients.

The licence fees can be a bit unaffordable for budget-tight clients

What do you like best about the product?
The team's communication is always, always best in class. They are accessible quickly through any number of channels, always willing to jump in and assist, and able to think creatively to find a solution even to unique business issues. They are amazing at predicting our needs and consistently keep our community engaged and active.
The platform itself is easy to use and I find very intuitive. Making a survey and sending it out to just the right cohort is a snap. It's also easy to pull down responses and quickly turn those into insights, whether it be a survey I launched or a quick poll put together by our community management team.
The Analytics tab has been a great way to share metrics out to wider org stakeholders as well, easing our ability to show value to those not on the platform.
I am quite literally on the platform every day and have used other big names in the industry and have really enjoyed using Alida this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a bit more control over sending research insights off-platform, though I recognize the assocaited risks of this. And there are ways to mitigate those besides. Some of the survey building features can feel a bit redundant at times, such as always having to drag question type back from the main screen to the side panel instead of quickly adding a new question on the side panel itself.
Occasionally sales can be perceived as a bit pushy though this likely goes with the business territory.
Still, my team and I are very happy with the Alida experience and look forward to continuing this partnership in 2025.

We had ongoing issues recruting and retaining niche research participants for our field of study. It's not enough to go get these people; you have to work to keep them engaged and in community. Alida continues to do that and has grown our community substantially in the last two quarters.
