Good usability and team integration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and explore tool. It facilitates team integration, with tracking of goals and projects and transparency of the progress of each person and project. The great generation of insights and identification of patterns and problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
High monthly fee. Limitation on the number of automation, in addition to the fact that when there are too many, the tool crashes and makes it difficult to run the automation and create new automation on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of the team and work routines. Ease of identification of late projects and tasks and prioritization of team activities.
Improvement of team performance with direction of activities and checklist of activities that must be carried out.

Using Airtable in a civil litigation practice.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is both very powerful and very useable. We are able to harness the power of a relational database, while ensuring that lawyers, paralegals, students and others can all contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Airtable. I would probably tweak small things about it, but even some of those issues are being improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to keep our time records, to maintain discovery logs in litigation, to maintain our firm contacts list, and to serve as our go-to database platform where our cases require managing large sets of information.
Flexible data management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers an all-in-one solution to record, organize, compute and visualize data, making it easy to create databases and make sense of them. Whether I want to record my sales results or repurpose my content, collect customer info through forms or make complex calculations, Airtable is my favorite tool. The UI is slick and friendly. Airtable offers a number of automation and visualization (thanks to their "Interfaces") tools that take a lot the minute repetitive tasks out of my plate. Integration with Zapier makes it possible to connect your databases with the rest of my workflow and makes Airtable a crucial node in my setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a bit old school, I tend to distrust the cloud, so not having an option to access and interact with my databases offline makes me a bit less worried every time I use any online only tool. Although I like that the Airtable team is always improving their solution, that also means things can change often and a lot, which means I need to relearn parts of the tool regularly, thus losing efficiency. Finally, communication between databases can be tricky if they're not part of the same project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me deal with huge sets of data in a friendly and intuitive way. The nocode interface makes me save a lot of time and resources as I can just hop in, set up a few options and be ready to roll.
Cool Cloud Database having REST-API
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Database for end users having REST-API to connect in Apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one access token per user can be created. Acces tokens should be creatable per Airtable base to be more secure and flexible.

Helps us stay in sync
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is incredibly easy to use. We're using the Airtable API to connect our backend to it - and then it so effortlessly allows us to connect to a multitude of other apps via Zapier. Saving us a lot of development effort. It syncs data on a live basis and allows us to feed that data into other applications. It is quick and easy to access, and can easily set up new workflows or tables.
In addition, Airtable is a great software because it allows you to create custom applications without having to code. It also has a robust set of features that allow you to do everything from managing your to-do list to tracking your inventory.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a little learning curve and there are just so many use cases for Airtable across the whole business, at times it can feel like you're spending your whole life on the platform. The possibilities are endless. Sometimes getting some integrations to work through Zapier can be a little tricky however. The UI can sometimes also be a little complicated, taking several steps to complete a simple task - and the dashboard is also not very customisable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to connect and sync our data with numerous apps very quickly. We can also edit, update or add more data very easily. Airtable acts as our one source of truth for important data across the company.
Airtable has been the best solution for my research needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I've incorporated airtable into every research question I design, and it has been extremely useful for data entry and exploratory research. I like that it is customizable but at the same time very easy to use in terms of user interface. I can adapt it to the user's needs but also maintain control over the data entry process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities that are present in other spreadsheet systems are not present in airtable, but could be. Working with strings is particularly difficult. Downloading charts would also be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry, data management and exploratory data analysis. I don't have to design a separate MySQL database for every project and I don't have to do with makeshift excel solutions either.
A must have for all small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is like a filing cabinet full of tiny, helpful elves that look after all your business information and are ready to show it to you in whatever format you need at the drop of a hat. You can add information from all kinds of places (see a useful link, pop it in Airtable, need to save an email - pop it in Airtable)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a steep learning curve to really get the most from it but completely worth the effort. Populating data can also be a bit time consuming but this is not specific to Airtable, just getting any system set up right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable serves as the central data repository for all my business information. It makes responding to queries, knowing what's going on and finding information so much faster than it was when I was looking up information in separate systems.
Easy to use yet extremely powerful and time-saving for application design and many other use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to use interface. Powerful db functionality along with support for views, forms, automation and more. Great for prototyping applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. One of the best online tools around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prototyping models, keeping track.
Airtable is the perfect tool to manage data in small teams with different needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Airtable. As a Marketer and developer, I can use it as a relational database and collaborate easily with other team members. It's intuitive and powerful enough to get anything done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of rows are sometimes frustrating with Airtable when working on an app that requires a lot (50.000+) of small objects to be stored in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problem of getting all the important data for the company centralized in one simple table. It's easy to start working on something small, like a list of clients and slowly turn it into a full blown CRM with bells & whistles.
Great tool if you're share the principle "spend 1 hour now to save 20 hours later"
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very stable and reliable, almost all-in-one tool.
It has excellent sync functionalities and detailed sharing possibilities. And its conditional automations may conquer with only-automation tools in what concerns Airtable. It has a pleasant design and is easy to understand, even for non-technical persons. It has a fair billing policy with pro-rata billing for the number of collaborators per day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Surely, Airtable must follow its business model. And sometimes I feel that business is much more important than clients. There are functions demanded for years by the community, but Airtable would ignore them. For example, sharing bases or interfaces in edit mode with people external to Airtable (or at least not affecting the bill). Some restrictions are not caused by technical possibilities but by the wish of Airtable management to earn more money. This is not a crime, though, as Airtable has never claimed to be a charity association :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital efficiency x100. Organising my information and sharing it with others in a much simpler way than some spreadsheets. Avoiding copy-pasting the same information several times, thanks to views that let me present the information to each stakeholder, keeping it linked to the same source. I also use automations to reduce my mental charge and avoid repetitive everyday tasks.
