Airtable is a useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my team is able to organize and draft all the projects we have going out months in advance. Everything is in one place and easy to organize and understand after you learn the basic functioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes there are so many tools that it can get confusing when first learning how to use it and create projects within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowing us to see projects and ideas not only from our immediate team but the other teams we have to work with.
Airtable is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Endless customizations are possible. The Zapier connection also allows you to connect and sync data from other places. There are also built-in automations that can trigger all kind of things. The interface allows you to be able to look at data from all different views, which is a game-changer. It also updates very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't find much that I dislike. They are constantly innovating and coming up with new solutions and way to use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our employees, deliveries, event, contacts, reviews, ordering and more. It's endless what it can do and make our lives so much easier.
Time saver for data manipulation
What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable for quick data manipulation like merging two spreadsheets or just reformatting data consistently each month. I have a bunch of bases that take reports as inputs, I paste them in, change view and everything is properly formatted/calculated. It saves me so much time on mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one bugbear is that when pasting the table into an email, sometime the last row of the table is formatted in a different font. I haven't figured out why yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage table based inputs that I need to manipulate regularly. Monthly invoices that need to be coded to each department are simplified into copy and paste.

There is no real learning curve. It's so simple to start using and even the tech challenged can jump right in and benefit from the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly adding new features (which is good), but it can be challenging to keep up and find time to learn the new features outside of the basic functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to write complicated code to tie worksheets together - Airtable does it automatically. I can track data, and all the linking relationships easily saving me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very customable. And it's also very friendly to use. It's a complete tool that I use for my 3 businesses. And when I show this to my paid clients, they are really impressed when they see how I manged all my tasks in my Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid formula is not so very clear for some people. After they take time to see the possibilities it becomes clear for them. Maybe a good marketing around the pricing aspect can help you with more clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for me Airtabel is a Content Calendar but also a complete business management platform. So it helps me on the overall business aspect. For my Dealer Bicycles I can manage even my stock with my clients.
One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable helps organize contact management, file management, school records, party planning, and the list goes on. Personal and professionally I rely on Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable works flawlessly on the website. There are still some glitches in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problem of file management for my small business. We create invoices, allow access to limited data to others, and monitor money and time.
So many uses for one tool

It's really to understand it once you start playing with it. Related tables are a great plus

The lack of integrations directly on airtable. That you can't save pdf directly on your row when using extensions unless you first download it

Great cloud based solution using relational data
What do you like best about the product?
With little or no-code knowledge I´ve created cloud based solution using relational data, such as CRM, project management tracker, event tracker, general ledger, among others. Easy to set up automations and they are in continuous improvement.

Multilingual support could be useful, sepecially in spanish

What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to manage brand content. The option to customize workspaces exactly to our needs makes Airtable invaluable to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is simultaneously powerful and flexible; the only limitation I've encountered is the upkeep of complex workspaces. Starting simple when building out a custom space can help save time, even if it's tempting to put all of the advanced features to work immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Airtable to create a responsive content management space with more options for customization than most 3rd party software solutions provided – and at a lower cost. I love that we can create so many Views, giving us a comprehensive picture of our content development process. Airtable has successfully kept us organized for nearly three years!
