So much flexibility to track so many different kinds of information!
What do you like best about the product?
I can store all my data in one place; I can have multiple people access the same data; i can retrieve the data fast
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't view the photos in the record easily. I would like to be able to go from record to record just viewing the photos large on my screen rather than going into each record and clicking on the photo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. when we had a big business move, I created a table to track all the items packed and box # ... that way, after everything was moved...and it was A LOT... it was much easier to find items
2. I track gifts that are given to VIP guests so that when we meet them again, we don't give them the same gifts again

Great tool for teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Used AirTable while transitioning into a new product role. Used many ways but was surprised at how easy it was to learn and use in such a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using Airtable, it was a little tough to understand the interfaces and how to use them. With time, it's gotten a lot better and clearer, but it wasn't at first. Also, it was not clear that you have team bases and a private base, I struggled for some time to have personal spaces that my team didn't see and thought this was not possible for the longest time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking. My team and I mostly use Airtable for tracking various information (customers, products, states, etc...). Being able to add forms that I can share with my team, which automatically adds an entry into my base once submitted is extremely useful as well.
Intuitive, easy and makes sense
What do you like best about the product?
Tables, relations, automations helped us make a full CRM system for managing our business. The dashboards on top were a great addition that give us instant insights on our KPI’s. All with a user experience that is intuitive and just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance sometimes gets degraded due to intensive memory usage through the browser. May be a specific application for airtable can help resolve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM tables and tools. And real time dashboards accessible from anywhere is really great.

What do you like best about the product?
Graphical nature of interface. Relational databases can be hard to manage, but airtable makes it fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to let other users edit a record. It's not fianacially viable to get an account for each client just to have them edit one data point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost too many to count: managing employee records, from submissions, rsvps, galleries, marketing tracking, orders
Easiest relational database I ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Uncomplicated, intuitive, easy for non-techies to build and use. Enough tools for most use-cases. Robust enough to handle information creation, collection and use for most organizations.

Arrangement of information from calculated fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a Homeowner Association and we use it to track multiple inquiries from residents as well as responses, to record the details, status and costs of all repair projects and to keep resident and contractor contact information. We also use it to track long-term (reserve) items and their useful life, as well as the planned costs for such.
The best tool for making sense of data and optimizing workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Automations! Having data trigger emails, updates to records, Slack messages, etc has been huge. Also love the familiar of a "sheet" feel with the robustness of changing the view to make sense of data in new ways, and the ability to link records together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing missing is that you can't do a universal search across all your bases. Its form view is great, but would be even better if had more robust survey features (e.g. ability to add images, ability to use rich text to hyperlink/bold text)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a research repository, and to manage my tasks, but also use it for personal use for budgeting, tracking restaurant visits, and keeping track of visit ideas
It changed my (professional) life
What do you like best about the product?
I had a professional app on Access. I had troubles every time i changed working from home or from my office. Making views was cumbersome, and programming with VBA Access is not easy. All this is now in a distant past. I changed to Airtable in 1 day and was ready to go the next. Since then several improvements made things even easier, Interfaces, buttons, and a new look.
My only regret so far is the lack of calculation abilities such as simple math opérations on rows or columns. This is compensated by the ease of data manipulation and no code programming. The help tools are great and the Airtable team is very responsive.
I'm sure that the coming developments will make Airtable even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable IS more of a Data base with aspreasheet look. It definitely is not a spreadsheet tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client files, bookkeeping and reporting
An excel with high flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way we can display data (calendar views, gallery views). This kind of display gives a whole new way to understand and share data. I use it as an agenda and also as a catalog for my potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not a downside, but as it is so complete in functionality, sometimes it gets messy or it's hard for an "excel user" to open up my mind to get the best out of it. I sometimes feel that I´m not taking the whole advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it's a flexible way to display data. I use it as a stock manager and a shareable catalog for potential customers. I also use it as a calendar to remind me of expiring products and as a replenishment list. All in one.
Excellent tool for the organized professional

The flexibility of the views. Being able to visualize info in many ways is very helpful

The inability to copy records from 1 tab to the next
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a plethora of records / items I need to over a long period of time as well as tasks I need to follow up on immediately.
Easy to use. Easy to customize.
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the team can use it. Easy to customize. Integrates with everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to buy a license for everyone who even uses one table. I prefer to pay for my usage and have a runtime license for viewing/sharing.
