Transformational platform
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable has completely changed the way we colloborate and share data across our teams! It's a platform that grows with you, making it incredibly easy for novice users to pick up and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need the ability for guests to go back and change the information submitted on their forms in order to computer with free services like Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single data sources

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can connect any field to another table, keeping a much clearer view than just using spreadsheets or databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The endless possibilities make it a maze. It takes time and trial and error to start from scratch and develop your own table, with extensions... and I do not think the tutorial movies are quite clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allowed me to make a comprehensive "source code" of our products and ressources.
Another task is competitions' equalities and market research towards specifications for today and tomorrow.
The software does not provide the information, but allows different angles to " search and find" or even list data in a comprehensive way.

Awesome tool with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has powerful features, allowing us to connect and track data and projects in ways we would never have been able to. It is simple and easy to use, and we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing users and who has access to which bases and tables can sometimes be a bit confusing, but this is pretty minor. No major complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable lets us centralize information between teams that are far apart spatially and temporally, so that everyone has access to the right information in real-time.
Simple & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The different view options allow you to manage content in different ways. Making it easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting options sometimes is hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New features to incorporate. Helping a lot as we can use different solutions in just one tool.
Airtable is a great way to experiment with data.
What do you like best about the product?
There is a free version to try it out, lots of community resources, and a growing set of tools that allow you to create a custom system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changes catch me by surprise. It can be pricey to have a lot of collaborators with anything beyond View capabilities. At this point the graphical elements of reports and charts is very basic and not real customizable. Might want a different tool for reporting out to stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me ways of organizing and analyzing difficult or impossible data in a spreadsheet. Allows me to do some fairly complex logic without knowing how to code. Just plain cool to work with.
Simple and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create headers that can be used over and over again each year while keeping all the information in one place. Airtable structure is more straightforward than competitors to use and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have only been using Airtable to chronologize my work. As of today, there are no complaints or issues. I do not think this could be better at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving how I could track my music experiences for a resume and college application. This has been very beneficial in having all my information in one spot.
The best mobile databasing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The dead simple mobile UX. Way better than traditional spreadsheet apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is convincing people to not default to using GSheets and such.

Keeping custom data current with my phone.
Like a web Swiss Army Knife
What do you like best about the product?
Being web-based, it's available to all my staff on whatever device they are using. We love the barcode scanning capability to keep track of IT Assets and their serial numbers. API access also allows for automation through email triggers and services like Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the iOS app isn't able to use the full camera features - like macro mode - which would be really useful for scanning tiny barcodes from product boxes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as our IT Asset register to track what assets we have, where they are and who is using them. Since multiple users can be editing the register at the same time, this allows us to be more productive.
In-depth ability to organize
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me to add specific fields and format calendars and data a lot easier than using Google Sheets. I like that I have access to drop down lists and can display information using different views, like calendars for social posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to setup and I also find it can be harder to bring in team members that are used to simpler interfaces. They are less likely to interact and use the bases to their full capability. I also have found it hard to link to items like image files, etc. and uploaded images tend to be harder to find for others reviewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of being able to get very specific and organized without the formatting and limitations of sheets. You can view data differently and connect it in a better way.
Great tool to organize user research data

Able to organize all the user interview notes and cross reference

The condition of the table column is a bit complex to understand
