Great if you think in databases
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Airtable is. You can just completely build out whatever you are thinking. I also love the thoughtfulness of the things you can't do with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be really disorienting and hard to learn for first time users or people who don't understand the fundamentals of what a database are and keep thinking in spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning the guest list for my wedding and getting all the names in various formats and noting things about the guests, etc.
Airtable the swiss army knife of software, any project and program tracking can be done in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Having a visual relational database that you can build and report on easily. Amazing support that goes above and beyond to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The misalignment of permissions/license names can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us gather and analyze our data and then use it to automate our processes to be more efficient.

EASY TO CREATE INPUT FORM TO SAVE IN DATABASE. CAN INCLUDE IMAGE, AND PDF FILES IN DATABASE. EASY TO SHARE WITH COWORKERS. GREAT NOTIFICATION

NOTHING. EVERYTHING WORKS WELL. MAYBE AN EASY REPORT WILL BE USEFUL.

INPUT FORM TO DATABASE. SHARING WITH COWORKERS. IT IS HELPING GREATLY WITH OUR NONPROFIT.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable to do a number of different processes in our office. It allows us to create easily shareable data and keep track of numerous overlapping projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main issue tends to be individuals who aren't familiar with Airtable and helping onboard them and sharing our processes with them. However, once folks get acclimated, they tend to like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us streamline our invoicing processes, keeping track of contractor information, facilitating registrations for events, and creating better application processes.

- Project management is way easier with several stakeholders
- The tech part (Integrations and Automations) is easy to learn and manage
- The regular updates are continuously improving the user experience (recently, Interfaces were a game changer, they are basically small websites built on table data)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Still a lack of way to visualize data from your table directly within Airtable
- Handling comments still is a bit painful, and collaboration on some topics (for instance creative management) could be made easier with threads for instance

Easy way to keep all of my records in order.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive. People without a background in data can start analyzing, updating, and polishing records instantly.

Can't think of anything right now. I like it all.

Having a database for the department that everyone in the team can access and collaborate upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very approachable platform that is easy to use across various users. I have used this platform for internal CRM and database systems, and it's as great visually as it is accessible. We have also used Airtable across our small business support ecosystem locally to connect nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City and advance collaboration to rejuvenate the small business economy after the consequences of the pandemic. We have been able to break down siloes using Airtable which is incredibly important for Baltimore presently and long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to get everyone on the same page regarding how to use the systems Airtable offers, so it would be great to have more suggested tutorials to help maximize the features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and centralization of information with confidentiality, yet access for those who need it. There are great opportunities for data management that cannot be done through other platforms or internal systems at our organization and in our city.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has some amazing features directly out of the box (even in the free version!). I especially appreciate the new Interfaces capabilities, as I work with several clients that appreciate a live dashboard look into their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are still loads of people (professional and personal) that do not understand the benefits of working with such an amazing tool, or have no idea what it is yet. While I feel sad for these folks, I do not blame Airtable. Maybe an easier way to keep records updated from HubSpot?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create client/partner portals out of the total database (no more manipulating several spreadsheets at once for each partner), which gives our Sales reps some of their time back, since they are not answering a lot of the "What is the status of our project?" questions. I also can run different audit points on our data MUCH easier than the reporting functions in HubSpot allow me to.

What do you like best about the product?
AirTable does all of the things that I want a spreadsheet to do - allows me to easily input, rearrange, and export information. I especially like multi-select fields!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add is the ability to comment on cells and review comments, similar to what you might see on Google Sheets. This may be available in an add-on or extension, however!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable is currently helping me organize the vendors for a Holiday Market, so I greatly appreciate the functionality to make a form view, group by various different cells, and attach pictures.
