Amazing product. Great way to manage connections with other apps. Extremely simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product. I like how I can get info from a table and send it wherever I want in whatever app I want. Either that is discord, databases, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't rally like the limitations of not having an air table subscription. Plus, I think there should be only one subscription, and I would want that to be monthly, six months, or a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to manage my team and what they need or do not need to do. It makes my life a whole lot easier, rather than having to use a notes app. Very convenient!
Great for crafters!
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of all my stamp sets and include photos with each entry. The search function helps me locate stamps with particular images or words, like 'monkeys' or 'miss you'. Then I check the photo to see if it's appropriate. Great function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to download the data or it's not easy to find that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and retrieval of information.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable assists our company with all functions, from CRM, to issuing payments, to being a data base for all company data. It has made our lives extremely easy overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you aren't able to make cells have simple mathmatical formulas with other cells. It forces my team to have to utilize other software as well when I'd much rather stick to airtable entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my entire business to be run out of almost a singular software. It allows us to build whatever additional features we need in business, and easily works with other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Airtable gives you the flexibility to build dashboards to allocate documents, track projects and stay organized. It helps me and my team manage important documents and keep track of our projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you ould be able to choose fonts, and different styles of boards to make it more appealing to the eye and fun to build, but this is just my personal preference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to struggle to locate documents in my google drive and important trackers, Airtable it helps me have a clean clear view of all these in the same place. I love the easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like spreadsheets on steroids, but even better. You can organize anything and it's so well structured that it's easy to integrate with other systems and processes. You can keep your entire business in AT!
What do you dislike about the product?
The permission options can be a bit limited, and external collaboration isn't 100%. Reporting can be harder than specific analytics tools (obviously).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing business. CRM and mini ERP. Or make it whatever you need it to be.
Airtable is a gamechanger for content managers
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me to organize all my content in a million different ways to serve all the purposes I need. There's so much to it -- i've barely scratched the surface of what it can do. Highly recommend to content managers/SEOs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be a bit technical so there's more I need to learn to fully take advantage of the tool fully but everyday I get more and more out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to organize and sort through thousands of records so I can make different views for different purposes so only those who need to see certain info can see what they need and nothing more. I use it to organize thousands of records in countless ways. It makes it easy to sort through my records for different purposes and best of all keeps me organized. The automation are great too!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! The endless possibilities, the usefulness and variety of options, being able to share the bases with others, and the ability to view an entire record at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much to learn about how to best use the different functions, so I know I'm not using it to the fullest capacity. I also dislike not being able to fill in boxes with a specific color. I think I found a way to do it but it was very clunky. I just want to be able to highlight or color code individual boxes every once in a while, only using one or two clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a student management platform. I have each student's information in one record, which I can easily update with notes as I meet with them. Over the years I work with the student, I can easily look back and see what we've discussed before. It's helpful to stay on track and be prepared for our next meeting based on my notes from the last. I'm able to view their picture so I can begin to learn their name/face as well.
Better than Excel by a mile, and better than most enterprise software too
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about airtable is that you can start building, and edit later -- all of the fields and data types update dynamically if you change them later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obtaining approval to use airtable in a work / enterprise capacity is an uphill battle. Many equate it to non-scalable SAAS solutions like Asana etc. even though it can compete with large enterprise-grade systems in terms of performance, uptime, size of bases, etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything that you can do on any piece of software is run by a database as the backend (behind the scenes), so if you're used to tracking macros in MyFitnessPal or doing expense report approvals in one-off systems, Airtable can do any and all of that.
