What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers a easy way to work with different sets of data by bring the power of databases into a user-friendly SaaS platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Part of the pricing is based on how many rows of data you can keep, which can prohibit organizations that work with lots of data to affordably use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps to organize and connect data from throughout our organization, and allows us to easily gain insights. It also allows our whole team to access a single source of truth, while providing different views of the data for each person or department.

An incredible customizable tool for a million different business needs

What do you like best about the product?
Customization and templates - since almost anything is built with a simple grid spreadsheet, the power of airtable is endless to create the tool you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Or, I suppose that I can't enter text freely the way I can in Excel - you can't enter a random note inside an integer-only field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use airtable as a CRM that helps with grant reporting on the dozens of events and activities we manage. The personal views and ability to group and sort based on the data I'm looking for at any given moment is one of the highlights.

What do you like best about the product?
Expandability and adaptability - Airtable can be adapted to whatever database needs you can think of to throw at it — it's so flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a lot. I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for many things - as a CRM, as a record of my invoices, as a way of keeping tabs on projects and podcasts. So many things.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of multi uses. It's great to be able to manage multiple aspects of my business in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike this but I had to see how multiple people/organizations use the tool so I can use it best.

Organization, collaboration, and project management.

User access could be a bit more flexible.

I work with Academic Programs and many students, so Airtable allows me to track everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to upload files as attachments into a cell. I also love the ability to share different views with different people as needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only downside to airtable is the cost/structure of the paid options. It's pretty pricey for a small team, but the free version is very powerful as well and provides a lot of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we do a lot of content marketing, so having big databases of all the content viewable and accessible at a filterable glance that multiple collaborators van view and interact with is a life saver.

Excellent Tool with Multiple Uses

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Airtable has the flexibility to integrate with multiple other tools, some natively. It also allows you to preserve and showcase data in ways that are easy for non-technical stakeholders to work with while maintaining a more-complex database structure in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable's automations/triggers on data changes in bases isnt great. It is key-stroke sensitive as opposed to execution (when you hit return). This same problem applies in other areas such as setting filters. Which can create problems when automations are triggered off of records entering into views. Airtable also doesnt allow you to hide tabs, which seems like a basic MVP feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves our problem of having non-technical stakeholders pass requirements and data models onto to our technical teams who setup up environments and database tables in our backend relational databases.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is flexible and has integrations with just about any tool/API you can think of. I'm not being facetious when I say my team has been able to build every workflow we've envisioned and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Barrier to entry is pretty high. My entire team uses Airtable daily now but when we started adoption there was a lot of hesitation/confusion/anxiety over how much there was to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving many manual touchpoints for my team that works exclusively with creating and delivering content at high volumes. We've saved a ton of time and found ways to implement automated QA and pass/fail checks that have also increased the happiness of our clients.

Some automation functions require more than basic knowledge of office or gsuite tools.

We can't bulk download. Can't group and download multiple attachments at once.
