Very useful and flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can custom design exactly what I need for many purposes. weve used it to manage recruiting processes, sales flow, and those are connected now to tie sales reps that were entered in the recruiting process to the sales they make. our processes rely on Airtable that has been built as our needs expanded.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont find the Ai to be useful at all. possibly user error though I dont think so i always end up just googling solutions to formulas and strategies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing workflows to monitor multiple variables and stages in our business processes. we have various views setup that are monitored by different people on our team making for an efficient production line that our competitors have not successfully achieved
Great for managing data — love the automations!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable daily mainly as a database or as a project tracker tool, and it’s been a game-change. The automations and integrations are super helpful and save my team lot of time. It connects easily with other tools I use, which makes my workflow smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that the formulas worked more like Excel — they can be a bit limited or tricky to use. But overall, it’s a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to track projects and collaborate with others. The automations save me time by handling repetitive tasks.
Overall Great Product, can definitely make some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is simple on the surface but crazy powerful. We have been able to build great things with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so powerful, simple uses grow and grow. Airtable can do it but things get messy. Airtable needs to provide more tools to organize the database. Being able to vertically separate sections of fields and even collapse those sections would be a good start. The interfaces are nice but permissions are too limited. Finally, their non-profit discounts is a nice idea and I suspect helps many, however the rules to qualifying exclude many. I asked the company about that policy twice and never received a reply. Also, other companies are much better at sharing their feature request list and soliciting feedback for the roadmap. Airtable does nothing like that to the best of my knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are actually not using it for product management but student and school management. Airtable is super flexible, allows us to create whatever we want. The you can create any view with filters, grouping etc. We use automations extensively.
The product is easy to use and I like the new feautures.

Air Table helps me to genrate ideas form colleges and to be updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe that sometimes we need to change information, but we need to get approval from the team, but thats normal procedure, I guess.

Have all information in one place, get updated in real time, supervision.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation options the most. easy to add team members and manage projects

Wish there were a few different customizable view options other than what is currently available but still learning.

Airtable is solving the unnecessary steps to making sure we never forget task or lose documentation for as project.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me keep organize and helps me track deliveries. One stop shop for all stakeholders to have information needed at hand.

I am not able to move cells up or down. At the moment, Airtable needs to be sorted by a default but sometimes I need to overwrite it

It is helping my team keep tracks of dates and deadlines.

One limitation is Airtable can become slow when there are lots of records/columns in a base. Increasing its capacity would be nice.

Easy to Learn and integrate with other products
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy to organize and manage data in a visually intuitive way. I really appreciate the ability to embed views on websites and quickly share filtered data with others. It's flexible enough to use across different workflows, and it's been helpful having everything in one place instead of jumping between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally freezes on desktop, which can interrupt work, and I wish it supported more native app integrations, especially for importing data via XML feeds. That said, the core functionality is strong and continues to improve.

Airtable is helping me centralize and manage data for multiple parts of my business. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and tools, I can organize, update, and share everything in one place, which saves time and improves collaboration. It's also been helpful for automating repetitive workflows and keeping my team aligned.
A powerful tool for managing a multi-step admissions and onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable’s combination of relational databases, flexible interfaces, and automations allows me to seamlessly manage hundreds of applicants from nomination through alumni tracking. I rely on synced tables, filtered views, and form-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve visibility across multiple teams. The ability to link records across bases and automate communications (e.g., interview invites, confirmation emails) has saved considerable time and improved data integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing email mismatches across forms can be tedious and breaks some automations—especially when a student uses a different address at each stage. The rigidity of synced views also makes it difficult to manually add edge cases to the relevant bases . More flexible handling of duplicates and better notifications for key staff approvals (e.g., offer review) would reduce manual checking and prevent bottlenecks.

Airtable allows me to centralize complex program data across multiple pipelines—applicants, fellows, alumni—into one highly structured and automated ecosystem. It solves problems of version control, siloed workflows, and redundant communication by linking forms, syncing views, and triggering actions across bases. This has dramatically reduced manual follow-up, improved onboarding speed, and enabled clean transitions from one stage (e.g., nomination) to another (e.g., alumni engagement), with minimal administrative overhead.
Great tool to allow large groups to interact with large datasets
What do you like best about the product?
As a school and more specifically as the team that supports students that provides preventions and supports for students who may struggle, we have a ton of information to manage. AirTable has allowed us when they are struggling. With minimal computer background, I've been able to build robust low-code tools that our teams have been able to use to track student info, visualize student information in one place, and keep track of mountaints of interactions and supports for students. The automation tools have also allowed us to automate a plethora of routine support tasks and devote much more time to helping students. and make sure we don't miss important things.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a low-code tool, it does take some computer savvy to build out bases and interfaces. The biggest downside is that it is on the expensive side for a non-profit school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable allows us to see all the information in one place and to have dedicated places to work with specific information using custom interfaces and views. By only having to type information once, our student administration and support teams are always up to date. The automation tools allow us to automatically reach out to new students, calculate student attendance details, and keep track of interactions. Before AirTable, these task took significant time and effort. With AirTable we have much much more time to spend with students, families, and teachers.
