A Simple Database Tool You Ever Use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the excellent collaboration support and it let's us and our team easily collaborate. A highly customizable versatile and use-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if you change and customize the workspace appearance and change the dashboard color . It could be great if you add a color picker, where you could pick a custom color with a hex value to match your organization colours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to manage, track and organizing events. It allows us to stay on top of our assignments. It helps us prevent important tasks from falling through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable opens the door towards sales and marketing as it is intergrated with so many social platforms.

It is amazing, certainly find a few flaws. Maybe the amount of customization possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating campaign calendars + managing requests

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter through data by selected category and option to narrow it down with added OR and AND formulas. Automatic color-coding on the spreadsheet is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find the way to cut out large chunks of data from my spreadsheet to move it to another tab. Also the added app system is a bit confusing, I am not sure what i am actually able to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple formats in one place. Airtable allows me to attach documents directly to the spreadsheet so I don't have to follow links or look elsewhere. That is a huge bonus over similar database programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is both intuitive and pleasant on the eye. Achieving both of those things in a relational database solution is no easy feat. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations and slowness as databases start to fill with rows/data/files. And some limitations based on level of paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Project tracking. File organization. Vendor and SaaS tool management.
Extremely versatile
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to display data in multiple views allows for a level of versatility that I have not found in any other PM solution. Calendar and gant views are spot on. It also works incredibly well with automated workflows using APIs
What do you dislike about the product?
It will automatically create blank fields which it will count as data sets. This is not an issue as much as it is an annoyance. Additionally the workflows between different views could be improved on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows with lots of people. I use Airtable primary to track project progress with projects that a lot of people will be working on. It's about to work hand in hand with calendars is the real time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a lesser known product but could potentially replace muletiple different project management solutions you have. Dive deep in all its features and think of workflows that might be able to be simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
the variety of highly functional and friendly templates which Airtable has is simply amazing, it has all kinds of templates for any specific theme which makes the program very friendly and flexible, the encryption, import and export of data that Airtable handles is very good and extensive, the security of its encryption generates confidence and tranquility to professionals and the best part is that when you are working with your team you can manually give them access to your projects so they can contribute more ideas and improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only not so important problem that I could point out would be that there is an error when you want to change from one template to another, certain buttons and icons disappear and you have to refresh the page or leave the platform and re-enter to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the most important tool for us is to manage large databases and filters to categorize all that information in a more optimal and accurate way and thanks to Airtable this is possible, we can categorize and filter a lot of information and then track it and proceed to analyze it in more detail.

Flexible and Customizable Spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
All tasks can be managed in one place and priorities can be set. It is easy to share templates with colleagues. Airtable is widely used in my company because of its straightforward interface, which is easy to use, and it's simple and attractive. Software like this keeps you on track by organizing all tasks in a structured manner. Tables and information can be created in many ways and goals can be shared across teams. Software such as this is useful. It take some efforts to use this software to its full potential but once its done the software will be totally under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features of this software that are only available in the premium version. Additionally, their customer support takes more than 24 hours to respond, which should be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result of Airtable, management and coordination with the team have become more effective, and goals are now met before deadlines. We can create interfaces right from your Airtable bases without writing any code. Even the most complex data can be easily accessed, acted upon, and shared with team members. The efficiency of our organization is improved after introducing Airtable within organization.

Software such as this is recommended for those who work with a team and are ambitious to grow their business internationally. Highly Recommended.
The perfect way to create a comprehensive database for your project
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a great app for tracking activities and multiple tasks. The application is easy to use for everyone, and provides a set of ready-made templates that can be modified in a way that suits the nature of the project being worked on. The customizable columns provided by Airtable enable you to form an integrated database for the project, in addition to that it contains many tools that facilitate the process of data management, so that all team members can access the data they need and also extract reports in a practical way that saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning, the application has a distinct user interface, how to customize work tasks using Airtable is a unique method, making it suitable for small companies as well as giants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like Airtable's way of integrating the tasks that all members of the work team enter. This process is one of the best I've seen, as it forms programs that are easy to track, and give tangible results in correcting problems in a timely manner.

Airtable allows the killer features of customized views, meaning everyone can work on the same data underneath customized views of it at once. It can be shared and restricted in fine-grained ways. The De-duplication features are hugely powerful.
I'm firmly convinced that airtable is as essential to the future of (information economy) work as slack is.

What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more self-referential analytics, better ways to view audit logging and edits executed. Snapshots are great, but the ability to undo changes by users would be a nice addition.

This disparate system was slowing them down, until another volunteer suggested migrating everything to Airtable."

Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very intuitive and easy to use. You can self-learn and after a couple of days, you already can create your tracking tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to connect to other tools. The API / Automations features should be more complete

I create different types of tables, from project tracking to the appointment of working hours.
