What do you like best about the product?
Flexible data entry methods and types
Incredibly clean and intuitive interface
Continuous improvement from devs
Comprehensive platform to store all needed information
I really love the new password protected interfaces. Incredible idea I've been waiting for you to do.
Its very easy to access and I use it consistently
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of collaborators on paid plans. It's stingy that a coworker can not even have commenting ability without paying.
Security of information is a bit vague. I could use more information on your security measures.
Automations are a bit buggy or difficult to program. Is there a way to make it more intuitive? The AI system for automation is so unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple nodes of information in a fast, efficient, and informative way. There are many variables and interconnected aspects of my work, Airtable allows me to easily navigate them.

I use Airtable any chance I get

  • April 29, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
While we use WorkFront to track our work and tasks as a company, I use Airtable to track almost everything else and usually have the desktop open every day! I love how, once my data and tables are set up the way I want and need, Airtable is really easy to maintain.

I have recently been exploring the ways to connect different bases and tables together to keep the sources of truth for the data in the right locations but also be able to pull in the latest information.

There are already a few of us that really love and share my feelings for Airtable. Best believe we are trying to get more people to embrace the awesomeness that is Airtable!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I feel like I wish I could add the create a record form into more interface pages; it's also sometimes confusing on where I can and cannot add a create record form on interfaces.

I would also love to have more integration with WorkFront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to use Airtable to track the various statuses and items (ie. SEO, phasing, which CMS platforms are used) for the over 40 or so event webpages I help manage.

I also have been able to use Airtable to successfully track an audit/fix process of over 2,000 web articles that needed various degrees of adjustments to get these older articles up to our current brand and web standards.

The Lightweight Digital Transformation platform!

  • April 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative Software development - it's extremely easy to build data model-based applications and launch them internally. The ability to rapidly build out business applications is a superpower. Airtable also has a powerful set of extensions and integrations, not to mention an internal scripting engine. It has a very friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, Airtable trades deep customization/complexity for speed and ease of use.
1. Limited Data Visualization capabilities - there are only a few options for displaying data in charts or graphs
2.Difficulty at scale of managing multiple interfaces pages.
3. Limited "Formula" functions (as compared to Google Sheets or Excel)
4.Limited Interface customization options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allow me to quickly design and build operational interfaces for multiple user types working on disconnected data sources. Turns out it's what most knowledge workers need, but don't have the skills (or interest, let's be real) to build it themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of linking bases to keep spaces organized but connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app interfaces were better. Instead I rarely currently use the app and almost work exclusively on the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking shows, tracking ticket requests for teams, tracking metadata and linking to said tickets and such.

What do you like best about the product?
Total flexibility when creating a database. Very intuitive controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software can get overwhelming, especially when first starting out. Report capabilities need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a fairly complicated database that I need to have multi-user access to.

I couldn't live without Airtable

  • April 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized, is easy to use, has so many features and functionality, and outperforms any of its competitors tenfold.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when teaching it to someone, which means they aren't initially as excited as you may be about it. For people who aren't tech-savvy, it may not be the best option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track both quantitative and qualitative date, use it to collect information via forms, and use it to share information with others.

Great App Datastore and Source for Some App Development Depending on Your Workload

  • April 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an excellent data store that combines spreadsheet simplicity with app-like functionality, making it highly flexible for a variety of use cases. Its ability to integrate automations both within the platform and with third-party services greatly expands its versatility for different workflows. I find Interfaces especially useful for building dashboards that colleagues can interact with or edit, depending on permissions you set. One of my favorite features is Airtable’s robust API, which allows me to easily augment and manipulate data through code. I also love the automations feature, which enables me to trigger actions immediately based on form submissions, record updates, or scheduled intervals.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Airtable may not be the best fit for projects involving large datasets, as record limits can become a bottleneck depending on your needs. I wish there was an option for email alerts when automation run limits are reached, ideally with the ability to notify specific stakeholders, rather than relying solely on the dashboard. When working with the API, the need to pause between data operations due to batching limitations can also slow down processes; sending, updating, and retrieving more records at once would be a huge improvement. Additionally, I wish automations offered a native option to delete records directly, instead of requiring workarounds like scripts or API calls. Finally, the current way Airtable handles automation errors could use some fine-tuning; what would be great is a dashboard with visibility into failed runs—like a grid view showing the time of failure, verbose error logs, automation trigger sources, and mass re-run capabilities—would make troubleshooting much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At one job, Airtable serves as the primary source of truth for managing a community of industry professionals. I use it to store and organize detailed information about community members, and have built automations and agents that facilitate meaningful connections between them, streamlining a process that would otherwise require manual matching and outreach.

In another role, I use Airtable as the core database for managing marketing campaigns. The platform’s Interfaces feature has been especially valuable, allowing team members to easily report on outreach replies and feedback without overwhelming them with backend complexity. With the addition of AI and automation tools, we've begun to automate much of the reporting and data management process, turning Airtable into a centralized hub that drives faster insights and decision-making.

For a high-profile client, Airtable acts as the source of truth for their video platform operations. We use it not only as a structured database but also as an interactive dashboard, enabling the team to manage content easily and send notifications to other platforms like Slack or email. This setup has provided a flexible, scalable way to track updates and trigger communications without needing to build a custom internal system from scratch.

    Staffing and Recruiting

Airtable is a powerful enabler for operational excellence and scalable workflow transformation

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers a modern, flexible platform that enables me to quickly design and launch custom business workflows—without relying on traditional development resources. It’s become a foundational tool for driving process improvement and enhancing data connectivity across teams. The platform is intuitive, easy to implement, and broadly adopted, which simplifies onboarding and change management. Airtable’s support team is also responsive and knowledgeable when we’ve needed assistance. Its ability to integrate at a high level with Microsoft 365, power intelligent automations, and incorporate AI-driven functionality allows us to move quickly while maintaining control, visibility, and governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our team scaled, we encountered constraints around automation run limits, sync delays between bases, and limited role-based access controls. These didn’t block us, but they did require creative workarounds and, in some cases, the use of external orchestration tools. It’s a reminder that Airtable is incredibly powerful for building systems quickly—but it still benefits from intentional governance planning when used at scale. We also use the platform frequently, and as usage expands, the pricing and capacity tiers can escalate faster than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping solve the challenge of fragmented, spreadsheet-driven operations by providing a central, flexible platform for workflow automation, reporting, and collaboration. It enables us to replace disjointed tools and manual processes with structured systems that scale—improving visibility, reducing errors, and accelerating decision-making. From staffing and time tracking to contract management and client approvals, Airtable gives us the agility to build tailored solutions without the overhead of traditional software development.
