What do you like best about the product?
I really like that airtable allows me to organize data extremely efficiently, in addition, airtable has encouraged me to do a better job with searching and filtering so I can have the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's annoying how it can be difficult to use and understand all the features immediately - airtable is definitely complex and can be cool to learn how to use too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems related to politics - I use it for strong campaign management and it is a tool that allows me to have the best data when managing campaigns and clients

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable covers all the bases when it comes to the key project and task information data we need to move projects and tasks to completion. The grid style of most of the collaboration components makes settings and reviewing work information more natural for our users. We can quickly switch back on forth between project tools through the left column menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a variety of themes we can use that might help to give certain projects a more tailored feel. Not all projects are the same, but Airtable has a somewhat generic design and flow that isn't always ideal for every project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is the primary platform I use to post and obtain project and task information with my workgroup. New users to our group and can gather all project details quickly without needing to contact anyone or have information sent to them through email. Airtable lets me obtain new work information instantly online. I can continue working on my project goals at all hours of the day. There's no need for me to wait until office hours to meet with people and/or obtain relevant files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using the desktop and mobile versions of Airtable as soon as you sign up. It'll help you get acquainted with all the tools and learn about the benefits of using each version over the other.
Great Amalgamation of a Spreadsheet and Data base.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable connect our team to each other during the project development process and makes it possible to work in organization. It provides extensive features about project management and covers all our needs during development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable could be improved with some better formula functions. For example, if you wanted to calculate formula based on some type of filters, such as an aggregate functions ,it is very difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Airtable we are able to communicate with our clients better using the "calendar " base. We are able to show our clients what we are doing for them the entire month. Being transparent with them and having this very cool interactive calendar that shows our reports and add creative really puts us at a whole new level in their eyes.

The experience with Airtable has been Amazing its a brilliant product for cross team collaboration.
Interesting and creative planning program
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the things I like best from airtable are that it is very customizable with its many field types. There are multiple views for the same base which is helpful when you have a variety of inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about airtable are the permission features. When giving permission to other users for your work, they might not see all of the items that you have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that was trying to be resolved with airtable is communication and collaboration. Airtable has collaboration features that reflect business focus.
Way better than Excel
What do you like best about the product?
That's more dynamic and easier to use than Excel. There are multiple table options and most of them are free. This helps you personalize your workspace based on your needs, which improves the visualization of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but there's a slight learning curve at the start. Once you start thinking of it as a site for spreadsheets, it gets way better. We use it as a way to map different projects and write our customer's feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational problems. It enables us to work collaboratively on the spreadsheets, organizing the information how we please. It helps us track and visualize the different projects that we're working on.
The Absolute Best Tool I've Found to Manage my Business & Life
What do you like best about the product?
The entire thing, all of it. It's the best program I've found to help manage all the aspects of all of my businesses. It's easy to show my assistants how to use it, and we can share info with clients so easily with unique "views". I love how it's like the "pretty & enhanced version" of any regular spreadsheet. There is so much you can do with it...ideas and ways to use it are endless. Airtable is the software I suggest anyone running their own small business starts with and add other software you might need to Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is confusing. I'm not sure how I can add people or what I can get for free or not. I wish that they would make it more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track our vendors, venues, and events. Specifically, the projects and tasks for each one, including how and what to bill everyone and when. We input contract details into the forms/tables, and I've set it up to automate many tasks and reminders after that. Airtable helps us track both our package-priced projects as well as our hourly rate projects. It collects all the data, and I've made it easy to invoice our clients at the end of each month. I have two businesses and I don't know how I'd do it without Airtable. It's so customizable. If I tried learning any other software, I'd be frustrated by trying to retrofit my services and businesses into something only kind of made for what we do.

Very attractive interface, easy to use and access. Love that you can set up automation as well.

It's a great product that offers a lot of options without being too difficult to use.

Great for Managing a Team. Not Designed for Solopreneurs

What do you dislike about the product?
With all that being said, I think this is a great option for teams. However, I'm a solopreneur and it just isn't a good fit for me. I need something that is geared toward managing projects on my own rather than delegating tasks. All of the bells and whistles don't really apply to me. And, honestly, they're a bit overwhelming for my brain, lol. I prefer simplicity. But, again, this is probably perfect for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that was being solved when I used it with a client was that everyone on the team needed a way to stay updated on what they needed to do. This was great for that. It also helped everyone know what everyone else had going on and the progress that had been made on various projects,

If you're looking for a simple project management tool for solopreneurs, just know that this is more for teams.
Great software for large companies.
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable is very functional and easy to use. The interface is very easy to understand. You can have an enormous amount of data in each tab, and the pages load super quickly. We have a large team and we are all able to use it at the same time with no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to export data from each sheet. It would be nice for a copy and paste option, and for it to be more clear. There is an option to export data but it's a bit hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing data and constantly looking over each sheet daily. We have hundreds of employees and really enjoy thag Airtable loads fast with no lag. That is a huge benefit for us.
