Best Platform for data management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so easy to use. I like it mainly because it has been an extraordinary success for me to have the option to have the request for every one of the laborers' activities. It is vital to control the need to bring the work process to a more agreeable level for everybody. I like its interface; other than that, and it has a generally excellent price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer function is an extraordinary thought, yet severely done - on the off chance that I work with a task for five days, I get five lines as opposed to blending them in 7 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable saved a significant amount of time on posting.

Extremely flexible tool but can be overwhelming at times

I appreciate the ability to easily organize the tasks you're working on and share them with other users. It also double serves as a great database to keep a running log of projects you've completed.

There can be too many features and ways to cut the data at times, making it hard to find what truly is useful to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to figure out how to have best a database of past work that can be easily accessible for my stakeholders to look up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning how to maximize database depth is essential. Start with some templates but then get used to doing things from scratch to make the most effective databases. Using multi-page bases is a powerful strategy.
Data Management and Visuaisation
What do you like best about the product?
It's generally intuitive to use Airtable. Somebody should create it with a good mind. If I'm using it personally, then it is much easier to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no hidden bases from the team. Sometimes quite hard to fix some data and make it view only to some internal teams. Formulas, even though they are easier than excel, it is generally harder to work with. But if you have people in your team who doesn't engage with data and your formulas will be much shorter, then it is much better than Excel or similar databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gathering our CRM like structures. The data points are not necessarily our customers but it is much better than duplicating sheets over sheets. If you can set up good views for your data most probably everyone can see the things that they need to do. I love quick visualisation/grouping options, I think that makes it killer. I wish they had recolouring single select / multi-select options. Sometimes colours get very closer to each other, even you can recolour this one by one, it would be great if there was an automatic recolour option to make all selections distinct.

What do you like best about the product?
The power of views has been a life saver. The way data can be sliced and diced by stakeholders makes it so each user receives only the information they need. The automations are also powerful from automatically updating records, to notifying stakeholders, to sending files to storage (in Google Drive). Also, forms have been useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to building automations, there is a learning curve but that's not a dislike.

Intake and operational processes. We have full visibilty into all functions now.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the pre-made templates that are available; they're great for keeping track of several calendars and tasks. Because it's built up to seem like a spreadsheet, but with much more configurable columns, it's quite intuitive. We utilize Airtable for a variety of purposes. Airtable not only allows us to keep everything in one place, but it also allows us to keep all of our departments on the same page and on pace to complete all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to figure out how to use it; I had to watch the tutorial movies and browse about. Given the amount of freedom it provides, the cost is well worth it. To be honest, there isn't much about Airtable that I don't enjoy. Airtable is ideal for monitoring and scheduling our projects, which is exactly what we need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of our many teams, we are able to manage projects. It's convenient to have a single location where you can connect all of your projects and collaborate on the same platform. Airtable helps us keep track of work numbers, invoice numbers, where our inventory is at a show when it's out, when we should be waiting for inventory backwards, and how to properly prepare. Home catalogs for our rental inventory and vendors, as well as upcoming tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a sort of agent, it is a tool that assists all organizations in keeping all of their operations in order and storing information in one place. This allows you to keep track of the tasks that have already been completed and those that are going to be completed. It can store all of our clients' information, including work numbers, invoice numbers, business information, and inventory catalogs for both our inventory and our suppliers.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a great tool for organizing different workspaces while also managing projects. The ability to collaborate with others on your team is very helpful and makes work more effecient. Their are tons of templates to chose from when creating your workspace, then you are able to customize those making it work exactly how you and your team need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when working between projects and tasks, it will lag in opening. I do not believe it is a internet connection issue because it appears more of a software issue. I wish that there was an way to "close out" tasks or projects when you complete them. Currently you can delete but if you wish to review completed tasks in the future, you cannot. I just created a status for completed tasks and filter to show all but the completed ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am able to create all of my tasks within a space that is linked to larger projects which allows me to organize my day and week based off the priorities.
