Air table Review
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very user-friendly, helpful when dealing with remote or large size teams. There are thousands of free templates for each field like project management, CRM, tracking, planning, and many more. An excellent tool, I do recommend to every professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations as well, like the formula will be implemented on the complete column, so we can not implement formula on cell level.
Secondly, if the team size is large, then the monthly price package becomes high in total.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing the Project Planning and tracking with the air table. Also, I am managing CRM with this tools.
Airtable makes data organization clear and concise.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable mirrors many of the features found on G-Suite, which made learning about the platform a whole lot simpler. My favorite feature is the 'multiple select/single select' field creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that there is anything I truly dislike. Clicking into cells/double-clicking can be funky sometimes, but that is extremely minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep contacts, interview dates/times/statuses much more organized than before. I can plan, organize, and keep track of individuals all on one platform.
Airtable is perfect platform for building workspace!
What do you like best about the product?
The UX design is great and using the applications is very intuitive!
We've been able to create great content projects and database that help our day-to-day.
It is well integrated with other apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
You do require to be on the tech savvy/programing side to use the app, it's not as simple as someone might hope for.

Centralized Data Bases
Extremely Versatile Database
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an extremely versatile database that allows for a ton of customization and automations that make it an invaluable tool for running your organization. You can set up a ton of different types of fields, views, and filters that allow for an endless number of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's not really anything that I can say that I absolutely dislike about it. There are a ton of features to learn, which might take some time but ultimately it makes it a much more versatile product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built an organization that runs off of Airtable to schedule meal deliveries from restaurants to community centers across the country. We wanted this to be a very automated process, and using Airtable's internal automation along with integrations with a few other services, we've managed to make it more or less run on its own!
Better than Excel Spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize everything from colors to spreadsheet icons that work amazing on both desktop and mobile app. Spreadsheets are boring and Airtable found a way to make them more fun and interesting!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do a lot on the free version but to do even more customizing you have to use the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create and share large spreadsheets with our team and also helps so much with organization and managing projects.
Awesome tagging and grouping system!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the best solution for tagging your data, manage your knowledge also content! We use Airtable for arranging our CRM, managing tasks of sub-teams, and as a social media calendar. It is 360 degrees solution for a Startup or small operations. Besides the Airtable's features, there is a vast community, the Airtable Universe. You can find many lists, planning templates, studies, content or budget plan, etc., which real people prepare. So you can easily find a template and modify it ad use it as a solution. Already Airtable has excellent column properties such as roll-up, look-up, count, auto-number, button, rating, formula.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rich text options must improve. I can't add enough briefs for my team's tasks, "toggle" can simplify the view. When you have multiple spreadsheets in a Base, the view becomes complicated. Maybe a landing page view settings makes them more organized. Maybe a code editor view will be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is 360 degrees solution for a Startup or small operations. You can tag your data, creating filters, adding people as responsible, grouping data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Notion is complicated, Trello isn't enough for you; Airtable is the best solution. You can have multiple "Base"s and easily access them at the landing page. Also, you can share a Base with other people easily with a sharing link.
A supercharged spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the way Airtable takes the idea of a spreadsheet and makes it more connected and rich. It allows me to manage CRM, calendars (sorta), and even social media post planning. Really this the functionality here is only limited by your imagination (and every now and then the product itself).
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is a supercharged version of a spreadsheet with deep interconnectedness, it often fails to have the same flexibility when it comes to complicated formulas and advanced features. Sometimes you can't do them, sometimes you need to pay to do them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Airtable to be helpful for tracking CRM interactions and it allows me and my team to work in one place to manage outreach. It really does work very well for our somewhat simple CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is pretty darn useful in its free form. It would be much more useful but also expensive if we paid for the tool.
Perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Super flexible. Well organized and intuitive. It serves the purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything for now. There are no particular disadvantages. In some parts, it is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize my activities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not try it as the first application. First experiment with others, and only then will you realize that it is better.
An incredible platform for those looking to make the jump from spreadsheets to databases
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an easy and straightforward platform that allows us to rapidly create databases that are accessible to users that are just moving from spreadsheets.
Another plus is the cost! It's incredibly affordable for small businesses and can handle the workload as they grow. It's a great tool to transition small companies used to spreadsheet data management into databases and one that won't be outgrown for a while.
There are also dozens of ways to integrate Airtable into other services like email, accounting software, ecommerce, and more. The ability to automate processes within Airtable and with external services is really countless.

What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who has also worked with large-scale custom databases, I do find some limitations in terms of advanced functions. Too often I find myself creating a lot of hidden workarounds to join data across bases.
BUT this dislike is because I am personally familiar with designing and coding SQL where I am used to more functions and can directly code a database vs creating workarounds using platform tools. I have similar frustration with aspects for SalesForce for the same reason.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now consult for small businesses and have found that Airtable solves their need to move into a database without breaking the bank. Too often SalesForce and QuickBase are just beyond their budgets of small businesses. Airtable is perfect here and has been regularly adding new features that allow these businesses to continue to scale without needing to immediately move to a new "bigger" platform.
Good way to plan your day
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similar tools before, you will feel comfortable with Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more functionalities to plan our days. I know it's mostly used for project planning, but it would be great to have items more suitable for day-to-day planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I really like Airtable, it's a great way to keep track of my current projects, stay productive, and it's fun to use!
